It was so hard to dislike Addison even at the beginning. I just love her character so much. Kate Walsh is an incredible actress!

Very easy to dislike her at the start for me but she's very likeable I think quickly, she's naughty well just downright wrong for making herself feel temporarily better by cheating, and making it seem like Meredith was the main problem, thankfully it's only 📺 😄 😅

I have harbored a crush for Kate Walsh ever since I saw her on the Drew Carey show, and even when I hadn't seen her in a few years when she appeared on GA I had a feeling I knew who she was, a quick Google search and my memory came back... But I LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Kate Walsh and her acting and compassion is beyond compare and her relationship as it is with Meredith is... IDK

She was my first lady crush. Omg i remember watching Grey's for the first time and when Addison walked in introducing as Derek's wife, i was trying so hard to hate her but i couldn't. I could understand Meredith sticking bandage the next day on her pimple to compete with her 😂😂

When you realise that Addison was fairer to Meredith than Derek was thru the whole fiasco..... woman actually told her exactly how things stood, and when she lost she backed down graciously and cultivated a friendship with Mer.

Feminist icon, she’s obv gonna be mad but she’s mad at derek and wants to make it clear to Meredith that until Addison and derek are divorced she’s still his wife, and he’s her husband… but when they divorced she up and left. Very classy and graceful. Love her

The scenes seem so much more intimate and slower paced without the background music, feels more grounded. I love the progress of their relationship from beginning to present !

Right? I've been rewatching Grey's Anatomy and that's something I don't really like about the show, how some serious moments are ruined by background music

Addison was so wrong for saying that and causing the patient to hear but she gained my respect by setting the record straight ultimately not causing Meredith to seem like a loose woman. I respected her honesty as well in telling Meredith she was gonna fight for Derek.

She's so hard to hate. She's definitely one of my fave characters in this show.

I liked Addison from the beginning. But my love for her was solidified when she stood up for Meredith to Derek.

Oh Addison and Meredith there friendship development was a bumpy one. But at the end they realized how much of good friends they make.

Addison was such an incredible foil for Meredith. Props to Kate Walsh and Ellen Pompeo for the amazing on-screen chemistry. Finally, whoever had the idea to bring Addison back is a genius.

9:12 when Addy started nervously rambling, it's adorable ngl and then again when Mer's high on drugs and she and Addy are talking...it's so cute

she is so hard to hate. i actually promised myself that i was going to hate her forever, but the longer she stays, the more i love her. the way she just stood up for meredith, that's the moment i knew that she was one of my favorite main characters too.

I agree about Addison, I just loved her, she was fair, kind really the way she stuck up for Mer when the lady asked for another Dr. about sleeping with her husband, but also she was there for Callie when she had the accident, and I think she’s really funny and real, gets uncomfortable in some situations she is clumsy , awkward and stammers like a real human being would, no way in some of their situations not everyone would be so calm and they all seem to be able to do for the most part, she adds realism to the character, that the others might never have thought about. Addie rocks, hope they bring her in , in the last seasons, she’d be a big draw to the show,Monty that it needs it, i still love that show, still. E. B.😳

Season 18 has been a breath of fresh air💕 I love Meredith and Addie #merddison

I loved Addison and I loved Meredith but I always felt such a loneliness in Addy- just made me love her more

The filming style was so much better back then. Now everything is so rushed.

GAE..this is truly the best edit ever...no music so I could actually hear them and a video so clear.. Addison and Mer are truly bonded now over their love for Derek and I think both of them can have a remarkable friendship..this is a mini closure for sure and I pray the writers keep it going through the rest of the season..I hope they bring Addie's family to Seattle to finish up this story line..thanks again for making this video and look forward to more..

It's true... although I absolutely love the Grey's soundtrack and think it often adds a great deal to the dramatic effect- sometimes I find myself struggling to clearly hear the spoken words. They are often in hushed tones anyway because it's a drama in a hospital and all, but those few words are often critical. I find myself using the DVR to back up and play some scenes again so I will concentrate more to hear the words correctly. Not saying I'd really change much because some of those songs ( Chasing Cars, The Story, etc) have such a profound effect on how we perceive the scenes, it's almost like the music is a character unto itself. I don't know if they've won awards for the track but they probably should, to me it's truly worth the little distractions now and then...

Anybody else picking up on the "tension" between Addison and Meredith?? Love them both 🦋

Addison was like Jessica rabbit when she first appeared on greys.

The only thing I didn’t like about Meredith in the earlier seasons is that she was sneaky 😩 she kept telling Addison she was done with Derrick and she wanted nothing to do with them yet she would keep flirting in the elevator, approaching him and we all remember the prom thing. Just so sneaky for no reason

Even when addison couldnt stand mer she still stuck up for her woth that patient.. ADDISON A QUEEN THEY WERE BOTH WRONGED DEREK IS UNNECESSARY HE DRAGGED IT OUT CREATING Unneeded CONFLICT

If I could watch one scene again for the first time it would have to be Addison's first scene.

They are weird the entire time I was watching this I was saying they are weird and when U watched last week ep of Greys I was saying the same. Funny how we all fell in love with the couple that came forth out of cheating. Addy did own that she was in the wrong first. Oddly enough I loved both women when Addy left for PP was just good timing also funny they both struggled with having kids

The Meredith - Amelia - Addison - Maggie sister Arc is something worth watching this entire series for... Wish they had Lexie also in😢..

I lived Addison from the moment she walked in, and I tried very hard to hate her when she first appeared, but its very hard to hate a woman with that much class, compassion, and humility. Addison is the definition of having girlballs 😂😂
