He's a special guy. Can tell he really genuinely cares about the person he's coaching, not just the player

Wow fantastic interview, my brother was working in the ER the night Eric LeGrand got injured. He talked to coach, that was the night he found out that Coach Schinano was the real deal and serious about everything he preached. F.A.M.I.L.Y. absolutely fantastic job subscribed!

RU alum. One of the reasons I proudly wear the R is because of Coach Schiano. I was an undergrad student during the first run when we reached our peak in ‘06, and am so happy he’s back. Big Ten is another animal, but we have the right person to stabilize this program.

Great Interview …. at the 29:12 as a NJ HS Football Coach I think others in the State need to hear Coach’s approach to recruiting and why more NJ Guys might not have that RU offer !!!

Excellent interview Adam. You were well prepared, had good follow up questions and were able to shed light on many parts of Coach Sciano's philosophies. Coach Schiano is the real deal and an excellent leader of young men.

Tim Pernetti and Robert Barchi got Rutgers into the Big 10, not Schiano, no matter how often he tries to take credit for it. The way Schiano slithered away right before national signing day was unconscionable. Then when he was unemployed as a .500 head coach, and had the stench of Sandusky on him, he slithered back with a list of demands even Urban Meyer wouldn't ask. Now we're stuck with this guy for another 4 years because the university doesn't have the money to get rid of him.
