Really thought Dara might stroke out at others' stupidity at times during this season. His looks & reactions of incredulity were so funny!

That was the comedically perfect amount of time between “crashes more” and “into mountains”. I laughed so hard I wheezed

Absolutely loved when Daisy went nuts, the entire cast knew exactly what was coming, just a human being completely falling apart and it was not a surprise to anyone.

She may be a woman of limited task completing skills, but when it comes to beanbag shot putting, safety announcements in Scottish accents or arranging shapes with your face, there's no one quite like Charlotte Ritchie.

I actually think charlotte should've gotten a point, the bucket was taller than her and also stacked. It's just not on the ground but nothing in the instructions said anything about it being on the ground.

It depends on the wording of the task and I can’t be bothered to check but if it is as you said and it must be TALLER than it was not taller than her because how tall something is relies on its change of latitude from bottom of the item to the top not just the latitude that the top of said item is however if the buckets simply need to be higher than your head as opposed to taller than you then yes it should count.

If your biggest problem in life is being thought of as the clever one, so you get teamed up with a couple of dimwits for comedic effect in a show where you're handed a load of cash to pop around a house a few times a month to basically have a right laugh, I think you're probably going to be ok.

I think the team of 2 should have won - the task was to get Greg to *SAY* the word "dungarees" and he *DID* say it. Just because he also said overalls doesn't erase the fact that he said the word...

The bucket clip was pure anarchy.

Fern was right when she says, "It's easy!". John just needed to say "than airplanes" and helicopters would be assumed. But his response was perfect for him.

I love how Jimali started all that carnage with the bucket task.

FWIW, Fern was totally right that helicopters are *way* more likely to crash than airplanes. So much less redundancy. But... it's not the direction I would've gone in for this one 😂

Wow, that one season with Johnny Vegas looks so depressing, it's like a Chase celeb special where only one celeb is actually someone worth watching for.

I'm sooooo happy Richard Herring won that task. Yes he was a little try-hard, but he was a graceful winner or loser throughout.

@@etherdeef4303 yeah... I think the tension was the result of Daisy Cooper. Remove her from that series and it would likely have been more pleasant. I obviously don't know her well, and she was pregnant during the series, so it's probably not fair, but I think we get quite a good insight into people's personality as it's filmed over such a long time, along with each weekly show.

You had it. It failed miserably. I'm not sure what's with US, buy they (rarely) either adapt something really good, or destroy the adaptation and declare it crap. Recently I watched "Traitors!" US and UK back to back, and it felt like two absolutely different show. (Guess! :) The one US had no flavor)

IMO the OP's comment kinda makes the same point: since nobody immediately thinks helicopters crash more into mountains, neither would John or Greg, unless it was a reference to that famous incident. I remember reading an article about her being diagnosed as autistic not that long before filming Taskmaster and making a deliberate choice to present herself authentically on the show (rather than masking) to provide some positive representation. That different way of thinking about things definitely contributed to the hilarity in the two words each task!
