Green Onion Cheese Bread | Very Soft

Ingredients食材:
* 250g Bread flour Bread flour/All-purpose flour 高筋面粉/中筋面粉 1 cup+1/2 cup
* 120g Cold Milk 冰牛奶 1/2cup
* 40g Sugar 糖 1/8cup+1tbsp
* 3g Instant yeast 酵母 1 tsp
* 3g Salt 盐 1/4 tsp+1/8tsp
* 1pcs Egg 鸡蛋(50g)
* 30g Unsalted butter 无盐黄油 1oz
* 200g Mozzarelle cheese 马苏里拉芝士
* 20g Green onion 葱花
* 1tsp Oil 油
* Cheddar cheese powder 干酪粉
Preheat the Oven on 185°C(370°F), bake for 15 minutes

Just made these soft buns today for my grandkids and they loved it👍, very soft buns with ham and cheese but no green onions 😆, and I made 15 small buns for their small hands, yummy 😋, thanks Qiong for this perfect recipe!

感谢大琼的视频,配方好味道美,操作过程详细到位,比如酵母与盐要分开点的原因,比如揉面的速度时间,面团状态祥细,醒发时间与面团状态,烤箱温度与时间……都非常到位,让我这个烘焙小白,第一次就成功,松软拉丝,很满足。另外大琼对每个提问都回复了,比如当天吃不完如何保存,第二天微波炉15秒,真的非常到位,再次感谢你的分享!👍🏻👍🏻🌹🌹

蔥花可以加豬油拌勻。比較能保色也比較香

大琼 想问你做的有馅料面包中间会不会有空洞啊?凉了切开以后吃的时候可以看到中间会空空的 明明已经把芝士包紧了。我做了这个起司面包 很好吃谢谢你😍😍 真的葱要放多一些比较香

I used cold egg, it should be lower temperature.
请问一下,我在国外,这里的干酵母都是需要先让它激活的,要不然面粉发不起来,那我是否应该先把干酵母放入温水中激活再加入其它东西开始和面?谢谢

不客气,这个干酵母是instant yeast,可以直接放在面粉里面,如果你用的是dry active yeast的话就先放在水或者牛奶里面比较好

烤面包我一般都是开风扇的,这样上色比较好,你把水分稍微加一些,这样就会软一些

开始牛奶加多了不成团,我又加上了些面粉,后来好像二次醒发又超时了😂 估计这些因素也影响口感吧,下次再试试!
