Your right the light and the looking window is a nice feature but after a few cooks is seems none existence cause of the smoke

GMG recommends steel wool to clean the window. Havent tried it yet.

Hiya max as in start up temp? About 14 mins, or the absolute max temp it will go? Roughly 25 mins

@@soulofsmoke6541 Yeah, I'm comparing Green Mountain versus the Weber Smokefire. I need an all-in-one solution to replace my gas grill and two other smokers as I am downsizing. The Weber will hit 600F in about 12 minutes. I'm not a huge fan of the design but there seems to be nothing else on the market that can heat up as fast as a gas grill except the Smokefire. Thank you very much!
