Scott and I recently visited Greece and in this first in the series we are headed to the island of Paros for a lovely few days of relaxation in the gorgeous village of Naoussa! Join us as we explore the island, visit the village of Lefkes, and enjoy this beautiful (and much quieter) island in the Cyklades during the lovely off season of late September.

Can’t wait to show my daughter your video because she was in Paros this past summer. She went to Athens and Paros and anti-Paros too with other day trips. She loved the low chill Paros, enjoyed all parts she visited in Greece. Loved the coffee, food etc there. I can remember some of the areas from her pictures so she will love seeing on video.

It`s so lovely that you`re doing another Greek vacay but more chilled than the cruise , and so different with Scott (not that you didn`t chill onboard, but you had lots of excursions at a hectic pace). Paros looks like heaven on earth, and as an archaeology nut I loved that you went to that museum. As a species, humanity does a lot wrong, but wow we constantly keep on reinventing ourselves, and we`re still here lol! Looking forward to the next vlog!

Great first video of the Greece trip! As a Greek, thank you for stating how important the church is to the Greek Orthodox faith. It is very important and, in fact, the images brought tears to my eyes as it’s been years for me. Funny side fact, I was on Aegina this summer and ate at a Pita Tom! I kid you not! You should go and open a Pita Scott!

I love you and Scott together for this vlog, but I'm not sure if its because this video is so well done or just knowing how special it is to take such a phenomenal trip with your life partner 💗 Also, these fuel prices are usually per liter and definitely more expensive than we are used to in the US. 😂

Yeah I figured that out after I got home and was like oh yeah, that's why. I mean, we were on vacation so it was kind of a GEE THANK YOU FOR TAKING MY MONEY type situation but could you tell I was confused because I KNEW it was more??

I love Greece and it’s one of my favourite holiday destinations, been to a few of the Greek islands now and it’s wonderful seeing you and Scott enjoying it so much! Definitely need to visit Paros as it looks gorgeous and that resort is stunning! Paros and Naxos are deffo on the list now ❤

Honestly it's like the perfect blend of great restaurants and tavernas with history and gorgeous beaches - not nearly as busy and touristy as Santorini and Mykonos and bonus way CHEAPER.

Petrol/Diesel prices are always per litre in Europe not per gallon, so yep way more expensive than the US

We are going to stay in Greece for three months in a few years when my husband semi-retires. We have lots of family and friends there. Don’t know where our home base will be, although we have a house in the mountains in Arcadia.

We knew we wanted to go to Greece and we were looking at different islands and a friend recommended it as being a place with plenty to do but not overrun with tourists! Evidently in high season it can be very busy, but in September/October it's just amazing.

Ooh no…I don’t like this room at all… Those bedside baskets ( sorry there not tables) are not adequate at all.. I hate bath rooms with no doors…sorry I know I’m with my husband but a bathroom should be private… I’m surprised you liked the room….. The balcony was nice….and the village looked good. 👍🇬🇧
