My maternal grandfather's family came from Ljubljana. My mother still makes Potica, Keefles and a few others that (I believe) have origins in your native area of Europe. We are enjoying your videos very much. I am gaining weight just watching. LOL

Ljubljana is in Slovenia not Slovakia. Bratislava is the capital of Slovakia.

That’s not surprising seeing that Slovakia was part of the Austro - Hungarian Empire. Only normal to have influence from one another.
Buchty and sulance are not deserts in Slovakia. OMG!
