I think you could carve out a nice niche for yourself featuring rental properties only. Thousands of potential expats are anxious to learn as much as possible about what's available to rent, and what one can expect to find in a variety of price ranges. I'm all in with that idea.

Nice place but you notice the barking dog as soon as you enter and 2:20 that could explain why it's available. I can't stand barking dogs. 🤣

To viewers: This guy is a bit different................but, he is honest and willing to share his 11 years of knowledge and experience. You can't do better than that with realtors. Stick with Rich....he'll get you what you want. By far, most of the realtors in Chapala are good people. But Rich is different.

@@RichVarney No. We never met or spoke together. I've been a subscriber for a while. I've seen hundreds of videos of Chapala area real estate. My comment is based on what and who I have seen on these RE videos. You are one of the best, no doubt.

What a beautiful property! I could see myself living there...all the windows and light, the beautiful back yard, the great Mexican tiling in the bathroom, comfortable looking furniture, plus all utilities! Thanks for sharing this, Rich!

I think this property is truly lovely and I understand now all utilities are not included, though I know that electricity, gas, and internet are not costly there. Are cats allowed? I have an old cat friend named Charley, who has relied on me the last nine years... Happy Easter! Kristine

Very nice looking house! I love the idea of featuring quality rental property because some do not want the commitment of buying.

Man!!! I’m from CA and thought that CA was expensive compared to living in OK! And it is. I’ve also found out that OKC is expensive compared to Mexico.

I'm actually thinking of renting down south..born in that region raised in the states since age 5. And yes I'm an American as white as any Anglo but view myself Mexican with dual citizenship. Dobt want to buy as I move around too much..have live all around Europe, the pacific, Canada etc.. I wouldn't buy again at any price..

Nice house I love it

I have been looking for a rental in the area for 4 months - on facebook, marketplace, airbnb, etc... Can't seem to find anything under $1500.00 per month for a one bedroom or studio - which is far too high in my opinion. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks so much!

Hi Dan. Normally you pay 3 months rent upfront. Broken down in 1 month security deposit, 1st month and the last months rent. Cheers Rich 👍
