@@julisagonzo1 I agree the sound varies a lot and sometimes there are even really weird loud background noises like demons screaming. I had to stop watching that one honestly. But with the volume changes, it's just because he's not in a recording studio doing a professional Pearl Jam record. He's working indoors and outdoors around big dogs. Lol you're wrong to say Dog Daddy should stop putting out solid platinum content though. I've been watching these things for hours a day since I discovered him a few days ago. That spoiled Dane, is a handful. A huge, wild child. Awesome advice for handling big dogs. I have never used a prong collar. Never had a need. I trained with a steel, small link choke, for immediate release. More Ceasar Milon, than DD. Both awesome trainers. Dog Daddy is amazing, for results. ❤ Thank you, Augusto, for all you do.

That would be funny if the owner n dog was connected. Chico w/his collar or a harness n his owner w/a hands-free harness ie a leash w/a belt clip so it can be worn around the waist n still have enough leash for the dog to walk or even run!! Chico is a massive liability at this point. Injuring other dogs, attacking another owner trying to stop his advances on their dog, rampage causes a owner to be injured as he clips them or tackles their dog n hits a person.

And what makes it worse is the humans blatant disregard for anyone or any animal, himself and his dog included!! I have a German Shepard and Im super pro active when we're out in public, my dogs not aggressive, but she is reactive, and her excitability is just that, she wants to love you and say hi and love you and say hi, but common sense tells you not every dog/owner is in the mood for her antics. As a basic human being with just the tiniest brain cells firing, I wouldn't expect anyone to accept her behavior either!! The owner needs an e collar for real.. lol!! It's a common behavior with Danes. Mine loves to sit that way on our couch. At home, when told to sit, she will put in in reverse until she meets the couch. It's halarious; like a truck backing up to a loading dock. I need to work on having her sit were she is when I tell her. It's a work in progress.

What do you mean, the dog doesn't respond to come. Which other trainers have said it is when the owner uses the cpmmand either multiple times until the dog comes or when they tell the dog to come the dog doesnt and they let them away with it

Whet a good boy!! He’s a good doggy he just a little rambunctious. But you do such a great job with dogs Augusto, I just found your channel and I am in love with you and your dog training. My parents used to breed Labrador retrievers when I was a child and I remember my father training the dogs using a choke chain back in the day, this was like in the 70s, and I thought it was mean because sometimes the dog would yelp and it would scare me. But my dad told me that a disobedient dog is a dangerous dog not only to other people but to himself. If he got out, or got off the leash, he could get hit by a car, or attacked by another dog. He said responsible dog owners have to train their dogs responsibly. And that was part of my job as a young child was walking the dogs up and down the sidewalk teaching them how to halt, sit, lay down, etc. It was exhausting work, L O L but it taught me how to respect animals and how to care for animals appropriately. I really love your channel and if my father was still living I know he would’ve adored you too. You’re a very special person Agusto! Very special person.

I used choke chains and prong collars back in the 70s as well, as did many of the dog trainers working professionally today. The difference is that those of us who were open to newer and better techniques evolved our methodology and philosophy to embrace more humane ways of training that have been developed since the 1970s ... it's called crossover training. Yes, responsible dog owners need to train their dogs responsibly ... but today, that can be done without using punishment-based methods. Trainers like Augusto are stuck in the mindset of using old fashioned methods that may be quicker but are not necessary and can damage the dog's trust in humans.

Ok… so I just watched 2 of the training sessions. The Akita and the Great Dane. Very realistic in showing that what you do is not magic, but consistent effort and work! It is most important for the owners to understand that Rome was not built in a day and that they never give up because you don’t always get immediate results. How do get play at Carnegie Hall? Practice my friend, PRACTICE. Great job in showing your techniques and dedication! What I would love to see is some follow up videos after these dogs/owners have followed through with your methods. (And I sincerely hope they do). Thank you Dog Daddy! Great work today❤🎉😊

I’m seeing this 2 and a half years later. How is Chico today in 2023? OMgosh hopefully his owner is concentrating better today. At the near end of the video I was incredulous, you had your hands full when the dog fight broke out! You had Chico on a leash prepared to be triggered, you were calling your dog-sweet boy Owen, who was being well behaved at the dog park enjoying his new friends, thinking not a good idea to take either one near that fiasco, yet you’re a dog trainer! I thought, ‘Bless you heart dog daddy, what a quandary!’ All that, and only to find out Chico’s owner was a spectator instead of by you and his dog!!!! You have so much more self control than me! You are very professional. I can think of a lot I would have lit 🔥 into that dog owner-heck even now!!!

I meet so many dog owners like this at my local dog park. Have no control and believe it's ok because their dog just wants to play. and then wonder why the dog being harrassed fights back. And blames the other dog owner for being aggressive. I wonder what this dog owners would do if they were being harrassed by another in the same way?? there would be a fight. 95% of dog owners are morons

Mmmm....you make very good points, but I respectfully disagree with the word moron in this context. Most owners never learned the skills of reading their dogs' body language & behavior, let alone how to handle them... so they don't know what they don't know. But when an owner who actually knows what they're doing comes to a dog park, they'll either be yelled at or asked for their business card. 😎
