Augusto, this video with the 2 German Shepards and the one owner - the sweet lady who has a terminal illness just broke my heart. You gave her such a beautiful gift. She has a better relationship with her dog and can spend more time with her. I know this video is 3 - 4 yrs old, but I pray the owner is still living. If, however, she's gone on to Glory, I know she's at peace about her beautiful dog because of you. Blessings to you & yours!!💙

I find it refreshing that a dog owner admitted that they also needed training. Understanding that they both needed training gives me extremely high hopes that the training will pay off and she will keep up with it.

Fantastic work. Not only with the dog, but the owner. I've trained for over 40 years. Owned many breeds/ mixed breeds. And bred shepherds. Great to see the new generation doing a great job!!!

Very true, my friend. Dog Daddy has given me a lot of solutions for misguided dogs that have not been trained properly. It's good to see & hear what I've been doing wrong. (not on purpose, but was misguided as well). I'm taking it slowly, but firmly. :) You are an awesome man, Dog Daddy. You have given me confidence & shown me to never give up & forge ahead until you accomplish what you've set out to do. Just like the song in some of your videos with the words that go like this; "If you love me, don't let go"! OMG, that song gives me goosebumps I'm so happy that people like yourself, are here on earth to show us how to retrain our confused, nervous & fearful dogs. Your heart & soul are astounding! Keep up the good work, for this generation & the next one going forward. You are such a loving & determined young man...GOD has truly blessed ALL of us, with his continuous blessings & guidance, in Jesus's name, Amen!

Augusto you are a great teacher of showing how to communicate. Most people think when they are getting a dog that the picture they see is maybe a fun, cute puppy to a grown dog that you can take out going different places. Nice walks, maybe fun encounters meeting other dogs. One that you can have confidence off leash that they will come to you when called, regardless of what else is going on. A house and its furniture and interior remaining intact when you leave and come home. No food thief. Reality is dogs don’t come like buying a car; fully equipped. And it depends on the breed, personality and how quickly you deal with bad behavior right at the start. Along with perseverance by dogs keeper. In the end people want some kind of dog that can be a joy to have around and live with.

Dam you're good. I thought I was good. You're dam good. I started training dogs at a very young age. I wanted to ask you if you did also. Every person I have ever met who had responsibility for their dog as a child seems to get dogs a lot more than people who have not. I am not a professional dog trainer. I just help my fam and friends. I show them what to do with their puppies, because that is where it all begins. People don't realize what a dog really is, what it really needs and wants. People do not understand that they are not "your baby". They are dogs. Loyal, loving and protective in all the right ways if brought up correctly. Fantastic work with people. Because that is the dog's problem. Thier owners.

Same and I'm over here binging him. My mom was a trainer and broke horses as well. Never saw a dog she couldn't handle. She quit training in 2004 when she got paralyzed and passed in 2019. 😪

Augusto..hope I spelled that right. I never hear you say it tho you do say you have to understand them and they will understand you, your the leader of the pack. All dogs have to know who the leader is, that's what they understand and they know whether you fit that mold the minute they see you or anyone else for that matter. I love your confidence because many trainers initially have that same confidence but the first time the dog tests them they begin to lose that pack leader quality and this is where they fail. I think you have been able to maintain that confidence is because youu were a child when you first started dealing with aggressive dogs and most children do not have those fears. You grew into an adult like that and now you have this special gift of being a pack leader every where you go with all dogs. Know that makes you a very special human but I think you know that already. I'm so happy I found you, I hope you always share your gift, have you thought about using it in shelters to help dogs that have been seized or found that have been abused or used in dog fights, fearful, etc..those dogs that are said to be unadoptable and to be put to death for nothing they did? I implore you to do so. They need a knight to save them and clearly you are it.

I pray youre not the one with a terminal illness Dog Daddy...as we've blessed with your presence and trainings...

I love GSD's. I think they are super sensitive and can be very insecure so they need a strong leader so they don't have to "worry" all the time. Exercise/activity. They are curious and fun once boundaries are set :) Thank you for teaching the owners!!!
