Hey as I look up on manual you need to record it on TX and then connect it via usb-c to computer

Then I don't know, maybe try contacting neewer customer support for additional info, sorry to hear you encountered problem with this mic

Be careful when you order: There is a version around coming without the charging box! (Personally I don't care very muc, but it was a nasty surprise.)
