Put all the beliefs and science aside and for a moment just see what comes into your mind when you see these ongoing practices. I am not against someone eating meat or not eating but the curtain we put between us and the reality and deliberately choose to ignore what's in front of us is the most hideous thing you can do. People who sit atop must at least stop creating new expression or calling it "humane" because by no means it is. Of course, I cannot come up with new ways to replace these practices but those who are apt can.

Their is no humble way to slaughter animals

When I had an accident few years ago that split my foot, a lot of blood oozes out drom my leg but I honestly feel no pain at that moment. The paramedic themselve knew at that time I wasn't experiencing pain. The only pain is those small cuts at my thigh. That's why when people who are depressed tried to cut of their wrist, they will feel a sense of relieve. You cannot explain the sensation by logical explanation but only through experiencing when the blood oozes out in big amount. It's different from the pain we get from small cuts. When I witness the slaughtering of the animal that are conscious , I heard the sound when the heart is pumping all the blood out of the body. That explain how God have created a natural system of cleansing the animal from blood left in the body after slaughtering. This makes the animal much cleaner for human consumption. Everything in the world is created perfectly if only we stop and think. God who created the animal knows how best animals should be slaughtered. As much as the athiest has the rights not to believe in God. Those who believe in God has equal rights to their believe. That is real freedom. Halal and Koshers comprise only 1% of the country consumption. If we are concern with animal killing why don't ban all the fast food chain? They are the biggest slaughterer. Not all the animals slaughtered by modern ways are 100% unconscious anyway . That means even if 5% of the animals that are still conscious in the process of slaughtering , it makes up more than the 1% of the Halal or Koshers numbers. It means more animals suffered under the modern method. Look at what happen at the slaughterhouse and you'll be shock. If we think that it's an ancient way of doing things, the modern ways we have today brings more sickness to human than the old times. One thing we know is the food that we eat that cause a lot of sickness. Yet we are struggling for answers. We human cannot even understand nor create animals that can produce milk. Who are we then to say what is best for the animals except the Creator .

The short answer is no. This is what we call in the US a neutral law of General applicability. The only reason it affects kosher and halal food is because the religious texts demand it.

I strongly support, halal should be ban in india, i dont want to see them suffer while they die. I don't have problem from whatever people eat.

How do you measure pain? Is it physical pain a concern? How about pain of separation from your family? Veganism is the best way to save the planet.

Unconscious or otherwise they animal knows well in advance that it’s about to die! Nothing can alleviate the agony the animal goes through. Before making any law against it government must be ready with an alternative for the persons who are totally dependent upon this for there livelihood
