You're very welcome! I always feel like it looks so easy from the outside when other people are doing things...so I hope this helps to show that it's normal to struggle while learning. It's just a sign of growing🤗

Hi, I enjoyed your video. Overall you did a great job on both the art and the content creation. I just wanted to tell you, that I too have purchased the mastery program in 2020. I was wondering do you have permission to share the entire lessons on KZread? You basically retaught the lesson. I’m pretty sure that could be copyright issue. I’m just trying to make you aware, in case it becomes an issue later. Nevertheless I look forward to seeing the rest of your videos. I’m intrigued. Especially since I also was thinking of making videos about the mastery program. However I will not teach the actual lesson in the video.

Hey, thanks for your concern! True, that is definitely something that I was thinking about, too, before I started doing these videos. So I reached out to the Milan Art Institute and told them about my plan and if it was okay to share a bit about it. I got the permission, also to share small parts of their videos. It's true that I show the basic tasks, but I could never and won't teach all the things that they teach in their long lessons. So that seems to be alright with them🤗 Anyways it's super important to make that clear and get the permission, and I would suggest this to everyone thinking about doing videos. Have you already finished the program? Wish you the best for your art journey!🤗

@@sjaeger_art Thank you for writing back. I am so glad you have their permission. I think the Milan Mastery program is an excellent online Art School. I highly recommend them. I have seen all of their videos, however, I have not done the work yet to complete the program. Many obstacles in life, has prevented me from doing so. However, I am determine to start in 2024 and graduate from the program asap. As far as making the videos, I think I will reach out and ask them also. Thank you for the encouragement. In the meantime, I will continue to binge watch your channel. Your art and videos are great. Wishing you the best on your art journey as well.

@AnArtistJourney77 life is always good for some surprises. But that's why this program works so well, because you can take a break if it's necessary. That's obviously happens to me too. I wish you the best of luck and success for the program and your goals and looking forward to stay in contact🤗

Are the classes all centered mostly on oil painting?

  • @sjaeger_art

At the beginning it's mostly oils and charcoal, but they will also cover acrylics and other media later, including how to use them together, find your own style and do marketing. But I can't tell so much about it yet since I haven't done those classes yet😄

They choose to learn oils first, because that is the most difficult. If you can do that and the drawing skills, after that everything becomes easier
