    Really nice gameplay from both players, Haralds relentlessness is truly impressive. Played this game 18 years ago. downloaded it again about one year ago for the nostalgia. I really like the Esc Mod.

    Diagon alley is a play on the word diagonally.

    Exactly! It's because the land mass runs diagonally on the screen.

    Seemed Race aside from not teching up earlier, kept throwing his units into defended areas. In some situations he could have gone around the defended areas. Interesting game play.

    Again, such a good cast! I like this game more and more and I am very inspired by the maps design. In high rank games they rarely reach t3 it seems

    Love the casting, but I'm honestly getting a bit seasick from the small jittery camera movements you make. I think letting the camera stay still for 5-10 seconds while a battle is going on would be way better.

    One player gets ahead, other can't recover. Know the outcome 99% after the first 5 minutes. Well casted and great players but a bit dull / defeatist for the viewer, unfortunately

    That's not the mod, that's the skill gap between the players. ESC is actually very well designed for comebacks, and we've seen comebacks in tons of the games of casted over the years. Unfortunately, Harald's skill level is just so far beyond anyone else in the community at this point that he makes it seem unfair.

    @@NactSuht Problem with the skill gap theory is Race won a game and it was no different. Harald despite being allegedly "so far beyond anyone else" lost in typical snowball fashion anyway... Can someone link the comeback games pls?

    @@NactSuht it is the mod. Wreckages are almost worthless and whoever techs up quicker wins 99% of the time, as long as they continue teching at the same pace. The other player simply can't keep up the rate at which you upgrade your moho mines and produce the higher tech units. And the gap between tech is huge, so whoever gets there first is at a huge advantage which just snowballs. In any other mod that doesn't radically change the wreckages, which are a big part of TA, the losing player always has a chance to reclaim and counter attack, if the attacker (or player that's ahead) lets up on the pressure.
