Hell yeah this is what I've been waiting for. For me she's what I was looking for in Percival in terms of play style, but she's a lot more fun. Now I can optimise better, thank you.

It's worth mentioning that her second combo finisher also has a lot of stun damage and can hit four times at once against large enemies (-one of the best tools to disable all four feet of Tayu'itar at the same time), and the three saw blades of her third combo finisher also hit individually against large targets, making the result of the dummy showcase very misleading.

you can hold down block right before your attempt for perfect dodge. if you failed, you won't get hit. (you can do this while doing combos too).

Phantasmagoria is a unique buff that combines three into one, therefore it will stack with other ATK/DEF buffs rather than overwrite it.

She's my most used character, especially in coop, so this will come as a great help Too bad I seem to be getting everyone else's Terminus weapon before hers.

Would love to see a guide about pushing into endgame. Idk about you, but I finished all the maniac missions except the baphomet boss fight and I just can't figure a good way to boost my power. Like sure I'm killing Id, trying to get better damage cap sigils, but frankly I'm not event particularly efficient at that. Just hitting a wall and not knowing where to go from there is frustrating. Something to consider as you get near the end of the character guides. Even if it's just a video about what you did to cross that threshold

Here are some notes about Cagliostro: - Skilled assault is nice to have (absent from the build used in the vid). Pain Train is the "hard to cap" main damage skill for Cag. Skilled assault, on top of Phantasmagoria, can help cap PT damage. (For reference, I ran War Elemental, Sup x3, Stamina, Tyranny, Combo Booster, Skilled Assault - but I also have Tyranny on Founder's Truth). If you do not have a class sigil with a dps skill, get it on your weapon. - Ofc, her damage skills are worth using if not obvious enough. - A lot of Cag's attacks can be dodged cancelled almost immediately. The following imo are worth cancelling: 3rd regular attack, 2nd combo finisher for spears, 1st AND 2nd attack for buzz saw. Thus, a buzzsaw (xxxyy) combo will be more like xxx-dodge-y-dodge-y-dodge-(loop). - I wouldnt disregard the air combo (launch-finisher-dodge-finish) esp smaller targets (or any targets in general), or even just when you are at an odd angle. While buzzsaw is strong, the 3 regular swings that get you to the saw is really mediocre. You also happen to avoid a lot of attacks while in the air (zeta players will know). There is a 35 mil 1minute video in another channel. - For medium targets like Pyet (eso if you are standing by the legs), I havent figured out if Spears or air combo/buzzsaw is better: I am pretty sure only half of my spears for the 2nd finisher hit the target if not aimming down its body. If someone can do more testing lmk (we need an XXXL sized dummy). - Spears for large targets at good angles, buzzsaw/air combo for smaller targets. You really need to know where to aim your spears though: I have had times where spears did close to no damage because I am targetted locked to a dragon's head, and the spears shot at an angle missing the main body.... - Imo cooldown reductions for Cag feels rather important. With 3 CDR and 1 Cascade, pain train comes back up after 2 buzzsaw (xxxyy) combos, 3 air combos, or 4 xyy combos. - Collapse exist in an awkward place: the low damage cap means its often just skipped altogether unless you want to charge it up to place the debuff. Phantasmagoria imo generally is enough to help push a lot of damages to their caps without the need of a def down debuff. (so whether or not you decide to use collapse depends on your playstyle/whether or not you are running Founder's Strategy). If you decide to use collapse, you can consider Injury to Insult in place of combo booster. It is weaker but much easier to work around). - Collapse is NOT a finisher (it has the Normal, Ranged, Charged tags). - I think the video skipped the fast charging of collapse (since most ppl don't use collapse to begin with). Alexandria, Doll, and Link attacks allows you to charge up your collapse rapidly. - Collapse seem to have some target tracking, and you can run while charging it, good for keeping up combo booster for min-maxing (2.5s reset). - In actual combat it is actually quite difficult to have perfect phantasmagoria uptime. Personally I wouldnt recommend running some 70% crit build. - There were talks about how phantasmaoria is useless due to everyone being capped: but in reality is that most classes have at least some core hard to cap attacks: the 1st slash for Vas, lunge for charlotta, rackam ariel, SBAs.... Cursed tech for Cag would prob be stout heart + steel nerves as secondary somewhere. Similar to Vas, Phantasmagoria granting a defense buff makes you... surprisingly tanky. Imo when Cygames run a balance pass Collapse will probably get buffed: having the same 9999 base cap that is the same as her regular attacks, not increasing with charge makes very little sense given how it feels like a mimic to Io's Stargaze, so keep this in mind in case someone reads this in 2025.

I usually try to get full team SBA off but this made me realize that there is some practicality in using it to interrupt the enemy. I suppose it would still be better to run it on Hold with the AI, as they aren't as reliable on timing as other players.
