Don’t just explain it. Actually change the silicone tubing of the pump. The only thing I want to know is if I’m applying too mutch force while removing the tubs and you don’t even show me that...

The plastic rings on the silicone tubing, need to be put on the correct way round so they fit properly. One end is rounded over slightly, that should go towards the centre. The slightly squared end will then fit over the end part of the tubing and give a secure fit.

What’s the difference between the green and yellow pump? I keep seeing those 2 for the g30. Is one the newer model?

How did you get the black ring off the silicone so easy? I’m having a horrible time getting it off.

Interesting! When will this be available and what is the price? Also I already have the first upgrade (the recirculation pipe), all the rest is new, will I be able to select the upgrades I want? I'm from Belgium (europe)

Kenny Liebert Hi Kenny, sorry these upgrades kits are just for NZ and AUS customers who purchased the Grainfather before these parts were available on the Grainfather. A filter will be available to those UK and Europe customers though, but this won't be available for a couple of months yet. This is not a necessary upgrade though, this is just a new product as a result of popular request, if you want to purchase it

Do you sell upgrade kits for the US model to go from 110 to 240v? That's what many people I know are looking for. I have multiple 240v outlets installed in my home but have to suffer through weak boils with my US model.

Hey there, unfortunately this is not possible due to the way the units are manufactured. This would require a new boiler and control box I'm afraid.

It's pretty simple but instead of trying to explain how to attach the silicon hoses, just show people it's a video after all! Makes me think you don't want to as it's fiddly or difficult... (it's not)

Thinking the same. Everytime i hear "simply" in a video it is annoying to do irl. I am not sure how to pull these things of without breaking it... would have been nice if the instructions are a bit more visual...
