Unfortunatly, I bought the 1/4 female BSPP to Male 1/4 NPT and it does'nt fit. I heard that the threading Grainfather used is special and could be a G25... PS : I have the 2021 version of G30. So my counterflow chillet is a bit more recent than the one on this Video. I am kinda stuck now :S

If you contact Grainfather Support, they might be able to help you with the thread size. I contacted them for the thread size on the earlier version.

@Breakaway Brewery thank you so much for the info....I'm looking for something similar but has to be food grade and small I.e. 2--4mm internal diameter...again thank you so much.

I've just tried fitting a 1/4 BSPP on the newer model and it doesn't work. I'm still trying to figure out what's the thread on the chiller fitting, it's smaller pitch than BSPP or NPT :( Edit : Looks like Grainfather decided to use a very non standard M14x1.0 thread on the new model. Still trying to find an adapter to NPT or BSPT.

They might have changed the thread. I got my info from Grainfather Support (Shannon or Abby) and they were very helpful. Email them at info@grainfather.com and they will check with their Tech Guys and get back to you. Cheers!

I've ended up using a 3/8 barb QD and a very small amount of the original tubing. It's not as solid as your setup, but it'll do until GF reply to my email and/or I find a fitting that'll thread in there

@@AndreQuirion I believe I am in the same boat you were with those 1/4 BSSP adapters not fitting my newer version of the chiller. Ever hear anything back from Grainfather support? How has the 3/8 barb QD held up for you? I may have to go that route.
