I don't think Rashford strolling around or throwing his arms around is the worst aspect of his performances - it's the fact he is the worst player in the team, makes terrible decisions every time he's in the box, is selfish and predictable with the ball, and loses possession every single time he gets it. He's not "underperforming", he's just a bad player.

Spot on..the only thing that makes him LOOK "dangerous", is his pace on counter attacks..thats it!

All Rashford does is run into box to try get a shot on right foot using his pace. Minute he has a defender on him, he is lost. He doesn't do any groundwork or track back.

@@jrn2121 Yesterday he kept getting stuck top of box, then passing the ball backwards across midfield, pretty much every time he couldn't make the run he just stopped. Coventry just surrounded him each time he got the ball.

I don't think he is undermining Ji-Sung Park's technical ability, but rather attempting to give an example of the contrasting outputs between two players, especially when one is considered "world-class" but doesn't yield prolific results.

I’ll never understand how Rashford gets so many passes by fans for how he plays the last 5 seasons. He’s THE problem at Manchester United and needs to be sold.

I loved Rashford when he first broke into the United team in 2016 but he has has been inconsistent from season to season for too long now . This season from him has been awful . I think he should go in the summer but I know he won't.

Arguably still the biggest in terms of overall world wide fan base stats and social media followers etc that were built during the Fergie years. Down to 5th from 3rd into financial rankings and falling with every year they don't win the big stuff.

People do not understand that "style of play" develops with personnel. With a consistent lineup. Because then the manger knows their first eleven, knows strengths and weaknesses, and forms a style that suits that unit. I think people might be overreacting. United did fairly well last season. Players came through, they improved. There were also some decent signings like Martinez. But you cannot replicate that standard if those players aren't available due to constant injury.

He is certainly up there as one of the most overrated players ever but I am at a loss how it is the managers resposibility for a players level of effort.
