I’m super of 44 building apartments and magum prox17 saved me a lot time and using half the paint I was using with rollers and brushes and it’s easy to use just make sure clean the lines every use it’s very very important to keep the lines unclogged and ready to use every time

Thanks, I found this to be an excellent reference for people just getting into house sprayers, and the Graco x17 in particular. Unlike another commentor, I find NO pretending, but lots of quality, in depth demonstrating using a......wait for it....a liquid that acts just like paint. Thanks, very well done. You got it brother, much appreciated, have painted/plaster repair/drywall repair for upper class clients for many years so spraying was never needed, but now I need it, nothing major, and went out and got the X17, which is on sale. None of us know much of anything, EXCEPT family farmers and Amish farmers, so never let anyone use that stupid crap against you, we are all as dumb as the next professional expert, just dumb in different areas. Years of tricks and quickly learning you don't get paid the most for what you do, but what you DONT do. Honesty, communication, show up on time, grit, works wonders every time, and DON't drip oil in the driveway, real bugaboo, don't track dirt in the house. I thought your video was well filmed, you know, one dude and a phone, good enough for government work, enough detail with out wasting our time, and got me on the road to using this thing successfully. I think you deserve a freaking emmy. Bravo. Now stop wasting my time, I got 10 gallons of primer and Duration to put up on a stucco house, what you think this is, recess. Health and happiness to you and yours, keep up the good work.

Thanks for the tips. I'm going to prime and flush a used one im going to look at today on facebook marketplace. Should be a good way to see if they properly cleaned it.

I've misused and abused one of these for many years, always stored with pump guard and always works. Don't forget this sprayer has a filter behind the hose connecter.

Idk why I’m watching this vid but just wanted to say iv owned this machine for like 6 years and never knew about or pushed that little button on the front 😂

Where'd you get the cart? Mine didn't come with it or off. Had to get the 19 for a stand

Maybe add 2 items: Pressing the pump button twice before priming. Clean the filter each time after use. Also, this seems to be a SG2, not SG3 gun that come with ProX17.

Can I spray Oil base paints with a fine tip? Thanks and thanks for the great review.

Haha yes. Just using water instead of paint. It is basically the same as any of the the other Graco sprayers. I have another video on the X5 where you can see how it sprays and what kind of a result you can expect.

Sound like a Tractor. Very noisy.
