2pcs Egg 55g+-
2g Salt 1/4tsp
40g Caster sugar 3.2tbsp
20g Melted Unsalted butter 4tsp
100g Whole milk 0.41cup
5ml Vanilla extra 1tsp
80g Cake flour 10tbsp
3g Baking powder 1tsp
1pc Extra large Apple/ 2pcs Small Apple
Sliced Almonds
Cake Pan size 15cm /6‘’
Put the cake in the middle of the preheated oven, 170°C (340°F) bake for 50 minutes

Thank you for the recipe ! It’s So delicious. Can I ask if you use the oven with or without fan? My cake raise to the top of the pan towards the end of baking but I realize it lowered/ the height reduce once I continue baking to the full 50 mins and after taking out. Do you have any idea what happen

大琼辛苦啦,以前总是熬夜配音熬夜剪视频,虽然发布出来是短短几分钟,但背后肯定默默剪了好几个小时+配音。其实没了你的声音很不习惯,感觉缺少了灵魂😂但是你不用那么累,有更多的是时间休息和陪孩子,我觉得粉丝们都会体谅的🥰所以没声音就没声音吧~你好好休息就好了❤

@faye liu Unsure if you'd still like to know. A convection oven is 20'C hotter than a regular oven(deck oven). 160'C in a convection oven would be 180'C in a regular oven. 170'C for 50mins sounds reasonable to be a regular oven, 190 for 50mins would burn the cake.

You are welcome, My oven has bottom heat and top heat. But there are just bottom heat for baking. I know in the US, the range oven just have bottom heat for baking.

不会的,因为这个油比较少,是软的,放在冰箱冷藏一下口感更好

其实这个蛋糕因为油少,所以里面是湿的,建议冷藏后吃,口感很好

因为配音很花时间,每次要熬夜到很晚,所以我就去掉了,没想到现在比配音的时候看的人多 现在每个视频都有字幕,其实看字幕我会说明一些哈

字幕的字体再大一些就更好了,其实我也是喜欢有声音的视频,不过大琼还是应该听老公的话,不要太辛苦,不熬夜,尤其现在的大流行下,免疫力很重要哦,祝一切安好
