Fluffy Pastry Butter Bread | You have never seen this way to make bread | Crispy and Soft

This is my favorite bread, burnt on the outside and soft on the inside. You can eat it layer by layer
This recipes can make 2 of 6 inch bread or one 8 inch bread
🍞Ingreditens:
1. dough
* 300g Bread flour/All-purpose flour 2 cup
* 140g Cold Milk 1/2cup+2tbsp
* 45g Sugar 3tbsp+1/2tbsp
* 2g Salt 1/4 tsp
* 20g Condensed milk 1 tbsp
* 4g Yeast 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp
* 1pcs Egg (50g+-)
* 20g Butter 2/3 oz
2. Butter piece:
* 120g Butter 4 oz
Mold Size:6x3 inch 15cm
Preheat the Oven 170°C(340℉)baking for 22 minutes, Then turn to 200°C(400℉)baking 5 minutes.

    Omg I just made this bread for the first time and it was amazing. Crispy and flaky but soft and moist at the same time. I kept putting it off thinking it was too difficult and time consuming but the whole process was actually quite simple. It really is the best bread I've ever eaten.     Thanks for you feedback and the butter leaked out is normal. don't worry about that, little bite is okay. So you should put a large pan under the bread pan.

    I try this recipe, and it turns out great. I don't have unsalted butter so i use my salted butter with same grams. I was afraid that it would be too salty but it turns out fine hehe well maybe since my family like strong taste . This bread has crispy outside and soft inside. I love it, my mom and dad also like it and want me to make another batch lol.

    This is basically a Croissant recipe baked into a round bread loaf ! An original way to do it and it looks delicious. :D Being patient with the "envelope" folding is key. The dough can be prepared the night before and left in the fridge as well.

    I am a mechanical engineer in my 89, retired. This recipe took my attention to make it. I have repeated three times on the request of my family. I am really happy being able to make it without much practise to make any cake before.

    You can also put fruit, sugar and nuts on the bottom of the butter. Just be careful not to tear bread layers in process. A marble board keeps the dough and butter cool during the rolling/folding process.

    this is extremely beautiful i made it and it came out looking so good, this recipe is really good to showing off your skill to your friends and family but it quite tricky to fold the dough when the butter is inside so you gotta be really handle it with patience but overall its really beautiful and good will definitely made it again🥰

    Thanx Dear for sharing the recipe. I used the dough to make croissants, it came out so delicious, my whole family loved them. I brushed with egg on top mixed with oil, then sprinkled almond flakes, when it came out from the oven, I brushed with sugar syrup. So yummy 😋😋 Stay blessed 🥰🌹

    今天跟著做 非常成功 很酥脆 謝謝老師。🤩只是最後上色的5分鐘一定要看著 要不然容易焗焦 我下次做的話2-3分鐘應該就夠了
