Half baked knowledge is very dangerous. It is a routine formality to ask the Governor based on the evidence to ask the CM to remove the minister. But still if he continues then the opposition will go to court. It's a procedure to exhaust their procedure to be followed before going to court. The court will ask whether you approached the Governor before taking up the case and they have to submit all these documents. This option is available even for ADMK to give evidence to the Governor to ask the CM to remove the minister. It's a channel not powers to the Governor. The governor can ask or request the CM who is sovereign elected by people. The Governor is an appointee sent by the Centre and paid by the TN government. Even the ADMK leaders and Governors also drink at the party offered by the contractors. Can you call them drunkards? TASMAC is a mode for TN revenue. All BJP states are also having TA$MAC CMs

Governor is not elected by the people, and by this definition, they don't deserve to have any power since they're not elected by the people. If a governor like R N Ravi does stupid, dumb, and autocratic shit like he does, the democratically elected state government is not at all wrong to ignore the governor's actions.
