She was doing her job. If she asks no challenging questions there is no interview. You want everyone to just say Yes Master?! I think she was being really honest by saying that she often feels sad and worried about the world. But, she also said That’s true and I agree many times! Excuse me for saying this but you seem to be judging or perhaps wanting reality to conform with your expectations. Did you yourself learn anything from this interview? Perhaps you should take a step back and take a better look at yourself.

Dalai Lama is not just funny; he's a beacon of wisdom and compassion. His teachings on kindness, inner peace, and mindfulness have touched millions of lives. His humility and dedication to promoting global peace and understanding make him truly great. 🌟 For instance, his book 'The Art of Happiness' has been a guiding light for many seeking inner peace. Influential figures like Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Thich Nhat Hanh have been profoundly inspired by his teachings. His tireless work towards the Tibetan cause and interfaith dialogue has garnered global respect and admiration. 🌏📘@@LucasKsh

It seems as if she is not listening; nevertheless, there is an amazing path waiting for her. She has a lot of information in her mind body; she is highly intelligent with a lot of energy, and that's why she is jumping to another thought all the time. Which is great because she will be so powerful when her mind settles, when the mind will take its place as the garbage bin, which it truly is. After dedicated Shambhavi Mahamudra practice, she will be able to use that potential and much, much more, to take out and use whatever information she wants from the bin, for now its bundles of conclusions that are seeking solution.

Hope she reviews this interview over and over so she might understand that she needs to understand and control to her own emotions. Happiness and joy come from the inside not the opposite. Also, she needs to understand about female and male energies. Both are inside ALL of us. Competition is nit important. We were programmed as it was, but is not really. Love and support each other. Killing other living beings could be avoided if meat eating is avoided. Fruits create win-win situation. The tree wanted to spread its seeds and to do that, it needs animals help. That's why they create the sweet pulp to attract other animals. In ancient days Bharat, Rishis and saints eat only fruits for their survival and in return, they plant the seed and pour water so that their obligation to the plant/tree that provided the fruit is fulfilled 😊.

The whole interview is wonderful. What was not explicitly said but conveyed was this - if you want to be happy then just accept the reality as it happens, especially when you can't do anything to change it or control it. E.g if someone you love dies it is difficult and sad however it's not good for people who are still alive around you so accepting that this is nature and everyone one day has to pass away will give you some control on your emotion this is what it is.

Two examples of famous women leaders from recent history, Margaret Thatcher and Indira Gandhi; they were not at all peace loving. Margaret Thatcher fought the Falkland war just to retain a small group of islands off the Argentinian coast to maintain imperialistic tradition. Indira Gandhi, too, enforced emergency rule unnecessarily and forced population control on her own people. So yeah, please know that women are equally, if not more combative or aggressive, as men.

My only question is with his diet. How do you explain all the successful cases of the carnivore diet? There are some people who literally get worse when eating vegetables and fruits, compared to protein and fat. How can you tell those people to eat something that deteriorates their health? There are countless cases of people who had to stop a strickly vegan/vegetarian diet because of malnutrition and mood disorders. Also, I haven't seen strict carnivore humans get overly aggressive. If carnivores are so bad, then why are they 63% of all living creatures? And last I checked, plants are living creatures as well. Plants respond to human stimuli, can communicate with each other, and have defense mechanisms. Plus, you have plants that eat other creatures. Unfortunately, it seems like nature was meant to devour itself. I still haven't found someone who can answer these inconvenient truths....

He literally said your food is not morality, you shouldn't make food choices based on that but your requirements. Of course we should help others it makes us happy. But some people feels happy killing other, does that make killing a good choice? No. Carnivore is not bad choice he never said that he said it's survival food, if you're tiger you're in survival mode, but as a human you're generally not in that mode.

See Madam, When you said women is different species then and there is a problem, your brain not in your control. That making you anxiety and unhappy. Accept first reality, dont make individual choices are philosophy. Women has a choice work or not but does men has that choice please think of it. Men must work that society mindset view. It is reality, why men should work if I ask like that nothing will work for me and it wont take me anywhere. Biological difference are real, as per biology thinking process different. So you have to first calm down then see your thoughts and emotions, keep observe those slowly you will get control over it. Once you get control your emotions, you will be peaceful not happy. Dont ask Happy, peace and enjoy from outside it is with you. You have it. If your brain dont know it is very dangerous.

8:50 As Sadhguru states, if we are aware of ourselves, we can understand our inner intelligence. If this is true, why can't Sadhguru stop aging for himself and others? Sadhguru is just a human. If he is a yogi and control his inner process, he would be a yogi capable of stopping aging and death for himself and others.

Why to stop aging? Why to stop death? It is natural, knowing ourselves means a plan for age and death don't avoid. Reunion with nature means going to death, not leaving with the body for centuries. This illusion world has nothing. If you can see reality

EDIT**** and there is a dad joke memes in the internet for a reason even when talking and thinking: Men and women think a bit differently Sadhguru himself said this: Men are utilitarians mostly and women are more inclusive Its not just individual choice because usually society molds our desires for us to some extent

The whole point of Hinduism is to disassociate from your material body and world. To connect with the genderless and formless soul. Sadguru is saying that when you take your consciousness and start identifying with your body, that's all that will play in your head. All the current problems that we are facing today of people being confused about their gender and wanting to be represented as another gender is all due to this consciousness identifying with the material body. If someone feels that they dont belong in their current body or that they don't like how their body looks, this is a problem of not having control over their consciousness. If people were fully aware of their consciousness and how it works, you can essentially avoid these worries, you would know how to keep your self happy and content with what you have. If these people were fully aware and had complete control over their lives, they wouldn't seek to be someone or something else. Those who are content with what and who they are, will naturally fit the various biological roles the world has created.
