Sadhguru never asked to follow him ... If you find value in his Yoga just use it like Technology... If not move on ... The most valuable thing as a Hindu is not God but Mukti or Moksha ... Which is nothing but the Ultimate Truth .. strive for it ... If you think Jiddu Krishnamurti was the first to dicover these ideas, you are gravely mistaken. This knowledge has been in India for centuries. Different gurus had different ways to convey the same ideas.

Ahem... Evolving is sad lacking in the human psyche. For at 15years of age the mind stops evolving the body goes on creating itself till old age. But for some extra ordinary occurrence does a person have the ability to go beyond the mind. What I am saying and Sadguru is saying, we have to stop identifying with mind, as we are certainly not the mind. The mind as Sadguru mentioned, is aliken to a knive in, which in most cases very distructive tool in its applications in life. So is the mind just a tool for us to get by in our daily lives....? Just one warning don't ever try to wrestle or suppress or to control the mind, it can and will destroy U. If in meditation U can draw the mind to the heart center it will become your best friend...U would have conquered the Universe. There is a saying, on the power of the mind. It is aliken to a Secretary who will never allow U to meet the Boss...😊😅😂... The only solution then is, if there is no way out, then there has to be a way in...😅😊😂.
