Eh, yes and no, his was a major contributing factor, along with Missandei's life, and Johns unwillingness to do what she wanted. But the biggest thing that destroyed the goodness in her, was she completely lost the unconditional love of the people that she once had. The majority of people just see a foreign invader in her and not the true heir reclaiming her father's throne. And without that support and fortitude she gained from being everyone's savior, like she gained it in Essos, she was just a foreigner there to take the lands with fire and blood. Which wasnt fully true, it was just a delusion in her head, but with all the trauma from losing those closest to her, Jon's betrayal, and no ones support, she decided to be the conquering Targaryen, and give the people fire and blood to show them all who was truly the unequaled ruler of the world was.

Too bad we didn't get to see Lyanna's mother Maege Mormont (killed in the Red Wedding in the show) nor her book-version-only 4 older sisters who were all total badasses. If you read the books (or like me, watch all the videos explaining all the details left from the show) you'll know that Bear Island is kind of like the Sparta of Westeros. They - even all the women and children - had to be badass not by tradition but because of their harsh unyielding environment that's constantly under threat by the Greyjoys and wildlings.

It's a great insult to call him friendzoned. Everything he did, was the act of love, that is in itself true and unconditional. He never complained about being rejected - like our fellows in freindzone do. He honored his love with every minute of his life and even with his death. THAT is love - to give without the expectation to receive back.

Jeroh truly loved Daenerys, it's why he let go during season 8 episode 3 -- he never fought her on her romantic interests (or that one lover guy). He did everything for her and demonstrated it repeatedly. She loved him too-- just not romantically, I think she saw him as a brother figure or maybe a father figure.

Sarah Hutchinson I know this is kind F off topic but at first I felt bad for the people of King’s Landing and it disgusted me what she did, but then I remember the “innocent” people that she killed were the same ones cheering and laughing at Ned Stark’s death, they literally took pleasure from the most honorable man in Westeros to be brutally murdered in front of her two daughters, they even laughed when he got beheaded, once I remembered this i stopped feeling bad immediately and realized that those pieces of shit got what they deserved, just because they’re civilians doesn’t make them innocent, and they all deserved to burn and die in agony for encouraging and finding pleasure in Ned Stark’s murder

Actually, he's among the more powerful and competent characters in the show, probably way more so in his prime. He got second at the King's Landing melee and won the Joust, beating Jaime Lannister. He killed the greatest Dothraki Khal's best Bloodrider who had a braid down to his ass with remarkable ease. He became champion of the Fighting Pits of Mereen, something that's already monumental by itself, but he did it while old, beaten and bruised by pirates, malnourished from slavery, and suffering from greyscale. Venture to say even Jaime Lannister or Arthur Dayne would've struggled with that. And at the end of his life, he killed what looked like thousands of wights by himself. He's without a doubt one of the greatest knights in GoT history. And unlike many great fighters, he was very intelligent as well. He basically never gave Daenerys the wrong advice. He always had an answer for her questions no matter what it entailed. He was very well spoken and quick with words such as in his verbal spars with the Titan's Bastard, Tyrion, Daario and Barristan. He was always Daenerys' balance. There's a reason Varys warned Cersei of how dangerous Daenerys could be due to her being advised by Jorah and then Barristan. And he was right. She died within days of losing him from paranoia and tyranny.

To me, the scene of Daenerys banishing Jorah is the most intensive scene of the series, both Iain and Emily were amazing there. The moment they talked at the same time, her voice hard and accusative, altenating with his pleading, was so touching. Jorah's voice saying "I never meant" was heartbreaking and when he says "Khaleesi, please, forgive me..." with all that pain in his eyes, I would forgive him literally anything. Great acting indeed. Actually I think that if she did love him in that way it would make her more ''human'' to him thus making him love her less (obviously this is about the show, Ik they've done A LOT in the books)

You may cover it up and deny it, but you have a gentle heart. You would not only be respected and feared; you would be loved. Someone who can rule and should rule; centuries come and go without a person like that coming into the world. People who say that Jorah and Daenerys can't be together because of their age differences are wrong, so are people who question Jorah's past. I say that Dany wanted to love him the way he wanted her to. The King's Landing massacre could possibly have been avoided if only Jorah was by Danny's side. People learn to value things once they lose it, the same happened to Daenerys. May THE BEAR and THE DRAGON rest in peace.

By S3 I said she'd be the Mad Queen, my comments are literally still there on a different account from years ago. Something about her always struck me as wrong. She had this icy, enjoying, Hannibal Lecter type look in her eyes whenever she watched someone get tortured to death, which was often of her own command. Sure, many of them deserved it, but you still lack something human by enjoying that. Daenerys was always going to be the Mad Queen. Just because S8 had dogshit writing that didn't properly set up anything doesn't mean that wasn't the only natural end for her character.
