Love how slowly Jon has become the main focus because in earlier seasons from other perspectives he was discounted and just ignored . Now he is becoming at the forefront as he has grown

Yeah but that was partly due to the reason because everyone was playing the political game while the real threat is the white walkers who Jon was the only one to realize how dangerous they are. Also the show has past the part of politics and focusing on the white walkers.

Jon Snow is literally "the song of ice and fire". His Father was rhagar targaryen (fire) while his mother was lyanna stark (ice). The whole time he was the main character but the tv show and books did an amazing job selling the point that any other character was the main character besides him, his story is truly the best character story i have ever seen in any movie, tv show, and books.

I don't want to spoil the books if you haven't read them but it has to do with Rhaegar wanting one of his sons to be Azor Ahai. With Jons true name being Aegon, he basically confirmed as Azor Ahai. Also, it was probably Lyanna who named him Aegon.

You have truly outdone yourself with this vid, I am speechless right now. You really incorporated every single aspect of Jon, as a member of the Stark family, as a brother in the NIght's Watch, as a leader, as an hero people look up to, as a secret Targaryen, just every little thing that makes Jon who he is. I loved that the first half of the vid focused on the action side and the second half was softer, showing both duty and love as the things that drive Jon's character. What I love about your tributes is that you tap into the emotional side of whatever you're exploring, it's not just an edit of cool scenes it's a story. Bravo, this is a masterpiece.

hurleybird, I like the way you describe the video. It's indeed very emotional and beautifully done. Concerning the two parts, I also like to think that the first one is about what his dad Ned taught him - Honor - whereas the second one focuses on his inheritance from his father Rhaegar - Love.

Ned never really loved her and she never loved him either. They were just doing their duty. Cat loved his brother, Brandon and Ned loved Ashara.

And now it turns out this entire plot line doesn’t matter. I’m really quite peeved.

This helps me to pretend that season 8 has never happen, thank you.

And here I thought there couldn't be any tribute better than "The White Wolf". Amazing tribute! It makes me like Jon even more!!!

After all he has done for the north and all the living men, he was the only one punished for the one hands-down-rightful murder that he had to do for a greater good. It is sad to watch this. Yes Bran has stories like Tyrion said, but they are not Bran's stories, he is a watcher. Jon's arc has too many stories of good swardsmanship, honour, courage, despair and salvation, bureaucracy and entrustment, resignation and succession. It is really a let down when you see an all-in lawful good gets unfair treatment like that. In my memory I will always think Jon is the true king of the Seven Kingdoms including Winterfell. That might sound delusional considering it was just a show, but it was 9 years long adventure and at the end I hold dear the characters that I have invested in so much time, thought and feeling inevitably.

prog i totally agree with you. Lot of people didn’t pay much attention about his arc and they say that season 8 is not bad Hahahaha. He give his life to people and he serve for people. He killed dany and sacrificed his love to save the realm and everyone just forget about them, dany and Jon. Jon arc shows that he is the leader chosen by people, not by his birthright. Also, I disagree he is going to be the king beyond the wall thing, he never want to be a leader and he also killed his lover, I reckon he will blame himself and he will never betray his duty for being lord commander for the nights watch.

Jon Snow's story has always been my favorite. I don't even know what to say. This is epic!

I will never get tired of seeing it. The parallels, the scenes, the quotes, the music... Everything is perfect! It's a masterpiece. Good job!

This is wonderful, absolutely wonderful. I love how the first half of the video focuses on Jon trying to find his place in the world and who he truly is and where he belongs and it's slightly harsh because of how confused and lost he feels and then it goes to the softer half of the video. Where we find out who he truly is, in terms of his genetics but also just who he is as a person and where he belongs and showing how worthy he is of the throne (and Daenerys as well), this is just beautifully done!

I love the sharpen effect on all your videos. It looks so crisp and HD. You also make colours look better than in the show itself lmao

There, I finished watching the season and can now finally permit myself to watch this. Damn good tribute, ah your tributes are thoroughly worth it every time. Think HBO declared that they would make a series in the time of Roberts rebellion, looking forward to your tributes if they ever make it that far.
