Hey Baz. Nice review for a really nice guy who makes stupendous instruments. Have been communicating with him for the last year, covering his 're-tooling' , becoming a husband (!), and surviving the Italy co-vid lockdown. Now that he's back, and able to get to his shop, it's obvious he's still making great instruments. I KNEW he was worth following when I saw the leader of the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain playing one of his uke's. I'm waiting for mine.... delivery -hopefully- in August.

Your exuberant review deserves 10/10 Barry! Being a soprano fan this is a wonderful eccentric design but yet a serious instrument at an honest price. That's a rare achievement.

Thanks for the review. What a nice little soprano. Very unusual and innovative. The best thing about the review is that you can't hide how much you love it. Ukelele is all about how it makes a player feel when they pick it up. Keep up the good work!

Really cool. i like that they don't try to disguise the material on the back. I usually dislike the hollowed out head stock design, but that one looks nice. Environmentally friendly to boot. Thanks for the review.

Yeah - Marco said to me the cloth look is very obvious -but then, that's what it IS - I like the look!

What a brilliant design and sound! Definitely worth the money, and the focal point when you show up at your ukulele group with it! Great review!

Thanks once again for introducing us to another really novel uke. The shape really grows on you and it sounds great. Thanks also for making me aware of Noah ukuleles, I bought a Campanella this week, I ripped off the Aquila strings, which I have grown to dislike, put on a set of Worth and wow what a lovely sweet sound. Ah yes - Marco is a gem in the uke world - very conscious guy - lovely chap who thinks EVERYTHING through.

I love 'almost' everything about that. How could you not?! And what a fantastic sound. Beautifully mellow I thought. On the fence about the body shape, not sure about that .. but what a stunner other than that. That was a fun review!! Thank you.

Very nice design & great review as usual! They use this technique to make knife-scales as well, usually with burlap.

I believe he is thinking about it, but there is a lot of time and cost went in to getting the mould for this one right.

I don’t know if you already have a video of this, but i’d love a tutorial of your song that you play to test out the sound of your ukes!

Hello, I'm curious to know if a Ukulele you've reviewed ever got a 10/10. 9.4 for this one, but you raved about it. 9.4 isn't bad, obviously, but it made me wonder if anything ever got a 10/10. If so, what was it?

No - not yet! 9.4 is one of the highest i've given though - the scores need readiing in context to other reviews

No, and whilst the ultra fitted hard cases may be an issue, it fits the soprano pod cases and gig bags I have here just fine.

Great review as always. I wonder if with the unusual shape and with no case if it would fit in a standard hard shell, soprano, ukulele, case. Any chance you can say Barry? Thanks
