Gentaro used to play with the zookeeper a lot, but he doesn't play with them much these days.
If anything, Momotarou plays with the zoo keeper more than Gentaro.
On this day too, when Kintaro was playing with the zookeeper, Momotaro came.
Momotarou sat in front of the zookeeper in Kintarou's place and touch her arm many times.
The zookeeper was laughing and talking to Momotarou, which showed how good their relationship was.

⭐️Momotaro ♂(2000/7/3)
Born in Ueno Zoo on July 3, 2000.
His father is Biju and his mother is Momoko.
His father died before he was born and he grew up never knowing his father.
He came to Kyoto City Zoo in 2010 and is now a father of two sons.
⭐️Genki ♀(1986/6/24)
Born on June 24, 1986 at the Kyoto City Zoo.
Her father is Mack and her mother is Hiromi.
When she was 10 years old, she went to Ueno Zoo for breeding purposes.
But she had a bad relationship with another female gorilla, and she injured her fingers and toes with her self-mutilation and lost a lot of weight.
When she returned to her hometown of Kyoto City Zoo, she was fine, and she lived with various male gorillas.
Then she met Momotaro and she gave birth to two lovely sons whom she lovingly raised.
Genki has a cute face with shining eyes.
⭐️Gentaro ♂(2011/12/21))
Gentaro was born at the Kyoto City zoo on Dec.21,2011,as Momotaro and Genki's first son.
Unfortunately Genki didn't have enough milk,so he was nursed by keepers for his first 10.5 months.
Now he loves his mom,and his face really looks like her.
He also loves people .
He is very close with his younger brother Kintaro and they play together almost every day.
⭐️Kintaro ♂(2018/12/19)
Kintaro was born at Kyoto City Zoo on Dec.19,2018.
He has big bright eyes and long eyebrows.
He is growing fine ,being loved by his parents and brother.

This is my favorite gorilla family. I love to watch them. I cannot believe how big Gentaro has gotten. They are all beautiful. I think Momotaro is the most beautiful silverback I've ever seen. Thank you for sharing these videos.
Genki is plumper than ever. It must be the result of her teeth being fixed so that she can chew better and absorb more nutrients. Gentaro is turning into a big, stout boy, too. It was cute seeing Momotaro with the zookeeper. I noticed she made no attempt to hold his hands! Kintaro swinging and hanging upside down in front of his dad was hilarious. Classic “look at me, Dad!” moves. Thanks for sharing this video. ❤

Yes, I also noticed the zoo keeper keeping her fingers to herself, unlike with Kintaro. It looked like it startled her for a moment when Momotaro touched her hand the first time. I can imagine that it wouldn't take a lot of effort for a full grown silverback like him to rip somebody's finger off. I don't think he would but I'm sure they need to be cautious. This lady zoo keeper has such a special relationship with every member of this family. You can tell that she has a very bright & beautiful soul. 💕💕💕
Omg! Gentaro is so grown up now. I havent seen footage of him in about 6 months, and wow! He is becoming a big Silverback now! So handsome like his papa!❤💪
I love, love, love the moments between that zookeeper and Momo. Like I'm always saying, that specific zookeeper must have something extra special about her that Momo most likely feels, trusts and enjoys. I feel so lucky to get to see these special momemts. Thank you so much! ❤

She made a birthday video for him one year. She said that he will randomly do the cutest sweetest things. Also, he acknowledges her by grunting when she talks to him. Oh and he lets her touch him besides training. She seems like an amazing person

Kintaro is just so cute and gorgeous - like his brother Gentaro and dad Momotaro, and Genki is just beautiful 🥰 Loved the way Kintaro enjoyed being stroked by the zoo keeper - he was getting excited 😂 And Momotaro showed his respect and affection for the zoo keeper 🤩 The zoo keeper is doing an amazing job with this family - hence they all love her and have a special bond 😘 Thank you for looking after this family - I wish I was there to play with them and talk to them and interact with them 😍 Love the Momotaro Family ❤

I was just commenting that Momotaro gives a deep rumble acknowledging her when she talks to him. I’ve heard Genki grunt when she wants food. Kintaro screams all the time 😂

@@gonzaloprada9693 Just like chimpanzees. Growing up I remember TV and movies loved to promote the idea that chimps were just like funny little people or toddlers but it was because they always used prepubescent chimps. They never showed us that the older ones would rip your face off.

@@pigtailsandteddybears I am not a specialist with these wonderful gorillas,but Gentaro is so caring with Kintaro especially,I am glad you picked up just how Gentaro tries and keep Kintaro safe when they are playing in high places ,Check out Kintaro when he makes eye contact with the cameras,he knows what is going on when being filmed ,He loves to entertain us,It’s wild how Kintaro is the fastest with the video numbers game ,I love these folks,I call them folks because I think they deserve it☮️on🌏

I haven’t been on this channel in a while I cannot believe how big Gentaro is. I watched it every day for years as he was little to growing up, I’m surprised he’s still there or not developing his own troop. Maybe because they know his little brother would miss him too much, that would be heartbreaking.

Its not affection that Momo wants. Besides, Genki is afraid of Momo. When they open the doors and let them all outside, Genki crouches down and comes out like a terrified kitten. She’s looking to see where Momo is and whether or not she’s allowed to eat. That’s a horrible way to live…..scared all the time.
