This made me so sad because one of my dogs passed away by being hit by a car but when we arrived to the emergency hospital it was to late and she sadly passed. Hope drama finds a home soon.❤️

Huskies are the natural houdini's of the animal world. They can escape from anything...lol...It doesn't surprise me that she escaped from her home. I want to thank you for helping her Dr Kerry! I should know I used to have huskies. I had to put an electric fence around my yard to keep them from getting out.

It's hilarious that they named her Drama, and we never hear a squeak from her. :-D

I had a husky so I had a good laugh about this baby being named Drama. They are worth it, such ride or die personalities:).

She is beautiful and so sweet. I hope she gets a loving home. 🙏🏻

There are always so many Facebook posts here in south Texas for lost Huskies and so many get hit by cars. I don't know why people don't consider the climate they live in, their puppy's temperament and whether they can meet their dog's needs for exercise.

i absolutely love what all of you do for all these animals. Huskies are my favorite breed, but i really love them all. i wish i could be a part of helping animals like all of you guys.

Drama is a great name for a husky. I have had two, Sierra and Taz. Sierra was the most talkative dog I have ever seen. She would change her vocalizations and I would swear she was making sentences. She also wanted to be the Alpha, and would mark territory like a boy dog. Taz was young when we got him and was very destructive, Taz was short for Tasmanian Devil from the cartoons. They were both great when my son was born, but Taz and my son had a great bond, especially when my son was in his high chair. They passed years ago, but were the most fun and interesting dogs I have ever had and I still miss them. Our current dog is almost 10 now and we have had him since my son was 5. The only thing I didn't like about this video is that someone adopted Drama before I saw her. Thanks to all the crew at vet ranch who put their hearts into caring for these animals.

Where do you live? I’m a 25+ year veterinarian and have my own practice, and I could maybe recommend some schools for you. Veterinarian school is costly, and if you can't afford tuition, you could look into becoming a vet technician which are indispensable at a busy clinic.

i adopt greyounds from the tract but i love Drama.

Clearly Drama had more in her past then being hit by a car, the way she is acting there was abuse. It’s doesn’t take long for her to realize she is safe and will be loved and taken care of. Her tail is wagging like crazy within a day or two. She is so beautiful, gentle , and loving. She will find her FOREVER home soon. Thank you to everyone who helped Drama and all the animals, you are heroes.

I love the Dr. Karri and other staff “baby talk” sessions, especially April. OMG…when you two get going together, I laugh so hard - half the time I don’t even know what April is saying…it’s Southern + Babytalk + made up April words…Fuuunnny ! Drama is just Adorbs, and I’m not even a “Dog Person” per se, but that Girl is going to be a VERY loving family member…she is a Sweetie. Thank Heaven VR / APP was there to take her. Can you imagine putting this gorgeous girl down ? Makes me nauseous to even think about it. Well Done, y’all.

I have a question when you guys microchip a dog does the microchip goes up to the head cuz i know someone who told me that her dog microchip was in her head and that cause her to have cancer and she die. I have been a veterinarian for more than 25+ years. The chance of a microchip migrating to other parts of an animal's body is scarce; I think it’s less than 1%. It's essential that the chip be placed between the muscle and the skin, between the shoulder blades. It’s not rare for the chip to move to one shoulder or the other, especially with very active dogs. It's a common practice in my clinic and should be in any other to scan the chip periodically to make sure it is still in place or in the same general area. I have never heard of a chip migrating to the brain; whether actual or not, I find it reasonably suspect even though I have not clinically examined the dog. As far as the chip being a cause of cancer, I do not believe that at all. I hope this helps answer your questions. Take care!

Microchipping is a wonderful idea but a word of warning if you use the company Home Again. They seem like a great company to go through until the pet crosses rainbow bridge and you have to report it to them. When that happens they are awful and I will probably never get their service again. To be completely fair while I am not ready to talk about the experience further I will say that I did end up talking to a woman that was very apologetic for the awful experience during that call.
