  Oh man, what a tough little fella! I hate to say it, but if he had been someone's pet and not a "stray," he most likely would have been put down due to the costs related to his injuries. Thankfully, he made it through and found you and a home of his own! You could see how much he appreciated your help. Bah , these things make my eyes moister. ❤❤❤

  Bless the recusers. All animals need protecters. Slaughter is such a cruel end for these trusting loyal animals. All horse lovers should contribute to horse retire farms. Stop the overbreeding. For all animals. 9 million animals ard put down each year. SAD. 😢

  All mine are former slaughter horses. Against popular excuses of the type of people that sends them to feedlots, I never had a "bad" horse that wasn't worth saving!

  My mom recently adopted a cat from Kuwait. Poor guy was hit by a car there and lost his arm. He’s in the USA now, and is an extremely loud and zoomy cat. I love him. His name is now Franklin.

  Thank jeavens you saved her. Yes it is tough and very hard. Could you sharw more about why horses are slaughtered. What are the laws on doung this? Who owns this auction and makes money from it and how that folds into slaughtering horses. You saved her and the baby. Thankful to you all, to help her. Curious to find out more. Oh she's such a good mama! Does the baby carry her herpes and worms through her Mom? Colt is adorable. Well done folks!!

  I thought it had been ILLEGAL to send our USA horses to slaughter in Mexico and China! What happened with all of that!!! Those Beautiful horses awaiting a ride to Hell! I HOPE TRUMP CAN OUTLAW IT!!! It is SO HEART WRENCHING! Thank you for rescuing Mama and baby to be! We all are SO PROUD OF YOU AND YOUR VET. HUSBAND!!!! WE need so many more caring people like you two!!!
