Yes, there is a peaceful atmosphere in that Chateau, and the price is really attractive for such a quality renovation. The landscapes around it are breathtaking and the proximity with both the sea & the mountains is ideal. We really love it. @@LeggettImmobilierProperty Proximity takes the preposition 'to' not 'with'.....and the proximity to both the sea (not with both the sea...) Just in case you happen to be French and do not know proper English, and just in case you are English, in which case you should be ashamed.

It costs 1.045.000 euros. You can't complain about its location , en plein midi de la France. The overall impression it leaves to me is clinic especially at the inside. The outside is rather good except for the windows which should be darker. I really don't like bleach pine, not inside not outside. It looks cheap. Next!
