I know. Here in the US a 4,000 square foot manor that’s 100 years old will go for over a million dollars. And there are so many historical regulations so you can’t renovate them very easily. I’m a bit jealous that I don’t have this opportunity in America.

If i bought it i would repaint tho and change some furniture

this chateaux is the nicest i've seen. the place is kept up very well. i like the roofline and the total size of the building. it looks manageable and inviting. love the setting. that dining-room fire place is gorgeous, as is the rest of the room. not overdone and not underdone. very inviting and the views at the back are wonderful.

All the rooms , the floors, as in my dream house I was seeing in front of me. All I wished for my house that is there . Perfect . Magnifique , Everything in wood fabulous . The landscape view from the room heaven .

This is a nice jewel,in a nice surrounding,So beautiful in fact that my first idea was to offer it to myself,but later on I decided to buy it for my old mother(93) to live her last years in a place she desserve...this said,now I must go and make few bucks to fill the tank of my old peugeot 404.....life can be funny sometimes.

All the historical charm is gone. Feels like a embassy suites hotel put in a chateau frame.

The current landlord has invested affords in colours, furnishings and landscape. High scent of taste. The architecture of the Château itself is noble like. Poolside setting is pretty and inviting. Everything here is eye-catching and tastefully manifique. I wonder what century built? Didn't mention the land area size.. 500sm built-up is neither big or small. Beautiful piece. Merci 👏🙏

2:59 ..... well I've seen just about everything ... how much are they asking ... NEVER EVER create pelmets ( over curtains ) with a seam in the center.... these really are a bad job ( me 37 yrs in the biz )

I think he may be the "lucky guy" who wants to buy this place. It has excellent views and grounds. Some of the color choices inside are not my taste. Lots of space though and very nice!

The kitchens are always horrendous in these places. Not sure why, even after "complete renovation", the kitchens are ghastly and the bathrooms are dated. Those are expensive to update. Otherwise the house appears bright and in good condition. The exterior is lovely and the grounds are stunning. I'd unload the provincial decor.

I LOVE CYRIL (?). HE IS ADORABLE WHEN HE TALKS ABOUT THE PROPERTIES. MUSIC COUKD BE BETTER, LOL

Hello Im not seeing anything I like so far I want an open concept living room dining room with a lovely big stone fire place (like from the movies bring up baby or my favorite wife with carry grant and the kitchen needs to be MY main focal point of my house -if the kitchen isnt up to par if it doesnt have that take my breadth away kitchen and large stone fire place its not for me.The wooden structures turn me off.

Nice house but the interior doesn’t fit my personal taste.

That music is so ugly it completely distracts me from the visual. You would do well to have softer music. Choose your music from the words you use here to describe this home. Spectacular home, spectacular views, it would be nice to see a photo or two of other seasons of the year from the places made for viewing.
