From what I have read that on screen Gordon and on camera Gordon are two different people
@SinginVampireBlog

I've watched alot of Gordon Ramsay videos and I came up with two reasons for why he is so verbal and aggressive in the kitchen: First: When he was learning in France he was treated very harshly by the chefs that trained him Second: Pure entertainment. People said he got way more aggressive in the US version compared to the UK version of Kitchen Nightmares for example because after all it's Television and it needs to be entertaining to bring in the views.
@bashfulwolfo6499

Solitune Another reason why I believe he can get so loud is because the cooks/people he yells at are supposed to know what they are doing since it's their job.
@SinginVampireBlog

@@bashfulwolfo6499 Of course yeah... I mean they serve people who pay money for a good meal. And sometimes if it's the hygiene or the quality of the food I can totally understand him going berserk I mean it can badly affect people's health in a very seroius way.

Gordon doesnt judge people based on their background or social class. He admires hard work and mastering what you do. A real guy
for some reason I think the behind the scenes for the first shot was like: Gordon enters nearest restaurant, orders fish and chips, yells ITS FUCKING RAW. Moves on to the next few store, founds decent fish and chips, ALRIGHT BOYS LETS START FILMIMG

This is what is so amazing about Gordon. His passion for food is great, that he has zero reservations about jumping into an old pickup and getting his hands dirty. And not one time does he mock, or criticize their home or way of life
