Gordon is APPALLED By Selfish Hotel Owner | Hotel Hell | Full Episode | Filth

Ойын-сауық

This wealthy owner flaunts his wealth in front of his underpaid staff...
Gordon Ramsay checks in to The Monticello Hotel in Longview, Washington, owned by Phillip Lovingfoss: a wealthy individual with a fleet of classic cars, an array of diamond rings and a drinking problem so serious that it is threatening to destroy his hotel, and his life.
Gordon discovers the extent of Phillip’s problem when he sees shocking news about the owner splashed all over the front page of the newspaper.
Can Gordon save fifty staff jobs and keep the doors to this ninety year old hotel (a place once described as “the jewel of Longview”) open, or is he too late?

well..perhaps lees to the principle on a teacher ,and more on the local police officer the single chance they have to talk directly to one instead of having the local cartel controlled services censure all civilian attempts to call out how ther shops is being extorted and houses 'insurance' black mailed ;) but ye... considering how rigged the employment system is in the us ,no wonder they jump on a chance to expose bs to a public channel and expert.. if nothing else to ensure a new future employer cant say they got doubts about them after talking with a cearten former hotel they worked at.

After Gordon left the hotel was very busy. In 2014 they closed the lounge and restaurant. Philip was sent to 90 days in prison in 2016 for threatening a district court judge. In the same year the property was leasted for sale after the owners got into debt. Monticello Hotel was finally closed in 2019 and converted in studio apartments with shared facilities.

Nobody is going to put up with those conditions and that amount of abuse unless they really have to. Philip, with his inherited millions, took full advantage of them and their situation and that is what makes him such a despicable person

Young guy marries old rich lady, she dies, he gets the wealth and the hotel... Normally it's the other way around... Both disgusting though... And what he did to the hotel and that poor staff is the worst... And he even gets "Hotel Hell" number plates for one of his luxury cars... He just hopes for publicity, no matter if good or bad... But watching his history, him being drunk 24/7, getting arrested for DUI during the filming, using 56 rooms as storage rooms and just 4 for guests (beside the motel rooms next door...), accusing his staff of lying but himself lying non-stop, it can only be bad.
