A lot of great videos but none (as far as I know) have explained how the alignment was accomplished. Can any one give a reference?
The video accompanying the narration is quite old as both halves of the bridge were connected within the past hours, with concrete roadway pads to be installed within days, if not hours, so one could walk uninterrupted from tower to tower shortly. It expected that tolls will begin to be collected within 10 months

The Canadian taxpayer paid for the whole bridge. Canada will collect the bridge tolls until their investment is reimbursed.
