My daughter is hearing impaired, she has been diving since the age of 5, she is the one in my profile picture, she picked up diving 3 times as fast as my other daughter because of being able to communicate under water easier. In my opinion the best dive instructor would be hearing impaired, by far, more natural for us. My daughter can feel the noise vibration of me tapping on my tank in the water. Pretty cool.

Amazing gear. Love the video. I instantly subscribed. As for the sizes.. what did you trust on Amazon? If I’m a small male around 5’8” lean build of about 145 lbs. I tried a small once and was way too tight but medium has extra mesh and I didn’t like that. Are these suits skin tight and correct sizes?? I definitively wanted to try and get into this with the go pro. Is the hero 9 still a viable option?

@@Mind_MassageI use a dinky MacBook Pro from 2012. I ensured it had like 32G of ram, 500GB SSD and rest was stock. Never crapped on me yet. I used Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro on it for years and have used Adobe programs for photos. I highly recommend mac for travel editing. Windows gave me issues keeping up and as I said.. think I picked up the Mac for 200$ at the time sicne it just had corrupt hard drive and messed up screen. Took 30 seconds to re install OS cat on it, 20$ for a new battery and 45$ for a new screen and was perfecto. You can probably land one even cheaper these days. Just need solid state hard drive and decent ram. Don’t worry about that extra things. If you HAD to go new.. I’d say 2016-2019 would be viable models. You def don’t NEED the M1 chip for video editing but it wouldn’t hurt, etc. My 2012 MacBook I still use today to produce my music and edit videos/photos, etc.

I’m so glad to have come across your video. I use to live out in Micronesia back in the day and we had one of the first, consumer grade, underwater film cameras. But man of man, the pictures were all washed out and near colorless…despite the MAGNIFICENT colors of the coral reefs! It was such a shame to not be able to capture the colors of the beautiful ecosystems. However, I’m planning on head back there before to long and I’ll have to pick up these filters for my trip. So thanks! This was helpful at seeing the differences. Cheers

i bought this product and it does makes the difference. but recently i switch to dive light but still in deep waters i use sometimes the combo the snorkel filter with dive light

Mic, Thanks for all of your videos! I just bought a Hero 10 and with it the PolarPro Underwater Filters you speak about here. After doing so, I came across the Backscatter Flip9/10 filters. It seems that they would be easier to change out as needed. I was wondering what your thoughts on a comparison since you have used both. Thanks in advance. Marshall
