Really enjoyed the video. Congrats on the new knife Big Mike!! Nice bag! I use some generic bag similar to that but have a few 3700 boxes surrounded by some soft plastics. It has some small pockets on the outside that I keep some hooks in for when I break off 🫤, lol! That bag looks much better made! I look forward to the scale review! Hope you get some help at work! It has been really hot and dry here as well. Some days over 109/110 or so.

I also love my speed bags. Best way to label them I found is get a Milwaukee Inkz-All Pen in SILVER METALLIC from the local big box store, and I use that to mark the tops of the bags. I know it permanently labels the bags, but they are awesome bags and I don't see anything replacing them anytime soon.

I will say the last time we were having so many battery issues like you are we replaced the battery then had the boat checked ended up having a bad alternator in the motor replaced that and things were much better. Just mentioning it if you haven’t thought about it took us a few batteries before we realized it ourselves. Good video as you are doing ignore the haters and let us know how the lithium’s work out for you!

Just got a chance to watch this. Right off the bat I can’t believe that there are morons out there that can’t see the love that you and Big Shur have for each other. Hey James: Quick thoughts on the Googan squad. I’m not sure why all the hate on them it could be just the fashionable thing to do I guess. Also to single them out for just making copies of whatever else is out there is a joke since most brands are just making their own versions of what’s out there? To each their own but seems odd to me. Thanks…🎣😎🐝

That is 1000% NOT a coincidence; you had weak batteries to begin with- either undercharged, old, draw on the battery. It's the same as a car or truck. What happened was your dad's boat still had enough juice to start with a bump, which was from your battery, but you're batteries couldn't handle it. I can walk you through the steps if you're handy with tools.

I jumped him off a trolling battery and the next thing you know my cranking battery is dead. All 3 are now replaced, so I'll keep an eye on things.

@@TackleJunky81 If the batteries were older then 3 years old, then that was probably a good idea. But if you can run it at your house, all you gotta do is put the positive(red-doesn’t matter though) lead on the battery then set it to 20v DC, and place the negative lead on the negative terminal. Check it before you crank it; watch it while you crank

I thought that was the issue when the original cranking battery went bad so soon, but the dealership had me bring the boat back in and they checked for that. As far as I know the only thing that would draw any juice from the battery is a USB port that always has a blue light on, but I keep the batteries plugged in until I'm ready to fish, so I think I just got another bad battery. I got a new cranking battery as well and I continue to check the voltage and it's not moving much...same as the new trolling batteries, so I don't believe there is a draw on them.

@@TackleJunky81 The drain on the battery is so minimal, even experienced techs can miss it. Or you can take this to the bank and cash it; it’s anyone’s guess who actually tested it. Did they tell you how the verified everything was good?

It's not Googan baits people have a issue with. It's the people and ambassadors behind Googan. And for good reasons. That for some reason many of you don't explain why people hate Googan. Y'all just say we don't get it. Like y'all really don't pay attention to the things going on in the fishing industry and online. But because of all this people automatically attack their baits.
