Dear Jim. I have just seen your post, but I do hope you don’t mind me messaging you in response. Your story has touched me. I too became a widow, in 2002, having been married to a wonderful man for 43 years. He died very suddenly. He was diagnosed with cancer, and died 20 days later. The shock of him leaving so suddenly is still there. Truthfully, because of my own health issues,we had prepared for the possibility of me dying first. (Through my insistence), But not the other way round. I have been truly blessed to have had someone who loved me unconditionally for so many years. However the flip side of that as I’m sure you know, is you are left with deep sadness, loneliness and a sense of bewilderment. It’s so very hard to recognise yourself, with part of you missing. So I just wanted to wish you well, and truly hope that this new year is kind to you. Stay safe and well. Best wishes to you. Teresa.

I have been watching you for a few years. I don’t think you need to think about what direction to take your channel. My advice is to just keep being you because that’s what we are all here for and keep on doing the content you have been doing because it’s entertaining and interesting. I would love to go on a walk through London with you because you are such a sweetheart. But that would be creepy (haha). So, KZread lets me enjoy a walk with you (vicariously) throughout London and enjoy some things that I have missed in the past. Dear Hannah, I nearly had palpitations when I saw the vlog title! You make Fridays and it’s so lovely to just “hang out” with you for half an hour or so. Don’t change anything about how you vlog or what you vlog, you are the girl next door which is what your viewers want. The “professional “ vloggers don’t have this authenticity that you do. In my world, getting excited about a cake is a frequent occurrence. I am in my seventies and live in Canada. I was born in Cheshire, England and immigrated to Canada at age 19 with a friend. Met my husband on the ship in 1965 and we were married 6 months later. I still love England and miss it so much. I love Canada also, but England has so many beautiful countryside villages and beautiful cities nd so much history. I absolutely love your videos and get so much enjoyment out of them. I first visited London in 2016 and fell in love! London has so much rich history and the city offers a little bit of everything for everyone. Have been to London now a couple of times and if I could afford it, I would totally move there. I love watching your vlogs because it reminds me all the great things London has to offer and it makes me feel like I'm there with a friend, showing me the ins and outs. Have to say I am a senior and mentioned before relatives born in London and I lived there for a while too. Just can’t get enough of London and can’t wait to vacation back there in 2024. Thank you for taking me to the wonderful areas of London. Today the jacket you are wearing, looks so nice. All the best. You do make me a Senior’s week a little brighter and positive and I thank you for that.

My absolute favourite channel. I love that you do different content (the things you enjoy). I love London too (just not enough to live there - but trying to visit whenever I can from the middle of Norway) and I’ve really enjoyed watching your vlogs of London (from walks in Regent Park to shopping at Selfridges to Afternoon Tea with your sister and nieces). I really hope you’ll enjoy a peaceful Christmas with family refilling your batteries and a new year learning and developing. (totally agree on your feelings about New Year’s Eve)

I am in a little town about 75 miles east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in the States. I came across your tea at the Ritz earlier this year when I researching what to serve at an English tea we held for my daughter in laws birthday. I really enjoy your content. I love how you point out details in architecture and what year buildings were erected. I like being able to have a vision of places and landmarks that I have never taken the time to look up. Hi Hannah, I have always genuinely enjoyed watching your vlogs, with your honesty, which is a characteristic I always admire with people I know, and those I don't know. As a fellow Londoner, I do now live in Norfolk, although the Capital has always been dear to my heart, and always feel close to it, as you make it all feel so real as if I'm there myself. I struggle with this time of year, for various personal reasons that I don't really wish to share online as much as possible. Hope you have a great Christmas, as it's a matter of hours away now; thanks for the odd comments you have made, and that you love my various comments, and look forward to tuning in regularly throughout the next year. Enjoyed your Q&A which I'm sure your answers won't always please everyone, but that's the way of the world.
