Every big and small city you will find people of all ages doing exercise like this. From river bank to public park, but people usually wake up very early for their morning work out, about 5 to 7am. After 8am there will be no one out there because we hate the sun so bad haha

Never been there. My great grandparents moved from China to Haiphong, French colony at the time. By the time they returned to China, they became French speaking Eurasians.

Such a beautiful place and yeah waking up and stretching is something everyone in the world should be following in their own way. Unfortunately because of the insane and out of control pollution spewing from China, the air quality in Hanoi is terrible sometimes.

About that you are right, money is of course important. If not, then how to live? For example, if you look at it from an objective angle, women living with rich men strive but both want happiness. As for women who live with rich men but only want to take advantage of power, it is psychologically unacceptable. Finding true love is hard, but see how people who besides us when you in tough, that's when you treasure them.

They all look so soulless. There's no joy on any of their faces. It's almost like they are forced to do it against their wills. It looks inorganic and forced. They have zero rhythm to the point that it looks like they're being told to do it.

Never done a group exercise? The thing about those is that you need to concentrate on the group leader to keep up with the movements. When a person is concentrating their face automatically scrunches up. I did a few dance classes at a gym long ago while my dad did weights. He said that during the sessions, I looked like I was about to kill someone. I was having a blast though, just concentrating on getting the moves right.
