I don’t know about you guys, but something that works faster than Tylenol and I ibuprofen is 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper, but that’s only for pain/when I need to go to the bathroom, I eat six prunes drink plenty of water all day workout do like at least 30 minutes of jumping jacks. I know it’s going to hurt, but I promise you your stomach will start growling run to the bathroom.😅 and you’re going to poop the biggest poop you have ever done in your life I know it sounds funny but I promise you you will feel the best you’ve ever felt in your life. I tried this stuff it really works. I got it from a friend. She’s a nutritionist, now I’m studying to become a nutritionist as well. Hope you have an amazing restful day.
