Wiring on a dq250 is different.
Do you have a List with all Parts and Numbers ? I would make this swap on my fwd

Very informative video, great job, im on the point to do same job but with a DQ250 on a A3 8L 1.9 tdi quattro 2002, but i don't know for sure if i can still use my EDC15 original ECU or not and if all the wiring and codings are same for DQ250...

@@Eddy-th3kc Hello, your car with manual transmission or automatic ?4 motion or fwd?Your car with electronic throttle and have a ESP ?What is engine code ?Your need find transmission bell from 1.8tsi, 2.0tsi or diesel engines. You must check it.

@@WRCgarage No, the dq250 wiring is different. However you can borrow the can signal from the cluster.

Left driveshaft is from golf 5 dsg with inner joint from dq500 and right from audi a6 3.0 tdi. You have number on. Video

@@ljubobrailo7646 I've made a small box with a delay relay + a microswitch added to the selector. IF the selector stays more than 0.5 seconds in R, then the delay relay turns on the rear lights. Not the perfect setup, but it works and i could pass the technical inspection. :)
