Agreed. I wish they would last much longer. Our first pair, brother and sister from the same litter lasted 15 years. Next we rescued a 15 year old that was deaf and blind and his 7 year old brother. They passed and we got a puppy, and the puppy turned 2 and the wife said that he needed company, so we rescued an 11 month old. They are 7 and 6 now.
