Check out their cover of Metallica's Escape from Ride the Lightning, there's some solo action there too. These are the only two instances of them using a different lead like these that I know of though.

He use to play with Max Cavelera in Soulfully I believe. Gojira is very similar to Sepultura, its brutal riffs that chug dumb hard and have a guy with an accent growl English. lol.

Not quite. He was bassist for Cavalera Conspiracy. He did a single of the Sanctuary album and recorded bass for the whole Inflikted album and actually also did vocals on two songs for Inflikted album
