Going to Butuan City Mindanao
After five days we finally left the island of Camiguin and made our way to Butuan City, Mindanao. We had a great time on Camiguin Island and plan to return to see some of the sights that we missed this time around. Before leaving the island Cristina gave our stay at the Happy Coconut a two thumbs up - her highest rating. Good you stayed on the island for a few days. It is nice to see people relax instead of go go go go. $38 you could stay for a month on $1000 im sure they would work out a deal.

When we travel in a larger group with family we usually pick a place and stay there for a longer time. Camiguin Island is on our list for a future longer stay with family for sure.

Unfortunately we are no longer in Butuan City. We plan on more trips to the area will need to figure out how to give more of a heads up.
I would like to see Cristina go into the next hotel and just pay for the room. It would be interesting to see if she could get a better price. :) .

When we just roll up to a hotel without booking before-hand Cristina always does the deal and the room inspection before she OKs it. We kinda go back and forth on this. There was a time when we never booked ahead of time - we always would roll up unannounced and were sure we got a better deal that way. But then - we began to think that the best deals were reserved for those that book ahead. Ha ha - now we seem to be going back to our just roll up a get a room system. Currently we do both ways - book ahead and also - just roll up.
