Going Med Free, CT Shows Tumors Stable!

Since finding new tumor growth, and discovering that chemo won't work as well on it, I decided to go the all-natural, chemo-free route.
And after 2 months on this healthy-living approach, got another CT scan which shows...NO NEW TUMOR GROWTH!
I'll be getting CT scans every 2 months along with bloodwork to monitor my progress. And as long as I'm trending better, I'll continue!

I found out that I had a spot that was beside my colon because of an ex ray that I requested from my doctor. I had to ask her a couple of times to get it done. She thought that the pain that I was having was coming from my sciatica. I was sent to see a surgeon, told that they wasn't sure of what they're seeing. I went for a CT scan, then an MRI then a PET scan. I felt that was too much radiation! I felt like they're trying to kill me! So I went through seeing a lot of different specialist because the spot beside my colon was cancerous. Not only did they find that, they alsofound 2 spots on my liver & a spot on my lung. That was a lot to take in. I had a colon surgery. Not to mention that I have type 2 diabetes to battle also! I 'm still fighting for my life. Getting ready for another rounds of chemo. Very disheartening because they've found something else that has developed. 'Peritoneal '.

Thank you for the update. I wish you the best on this new path and look forward to hearing the positive results. I just finished round 11 of chemo + imunotheropy. CEA has fallen significantly and remained stable, so we are starting to reduce the number of drugs and dosage prolong availability. I will check out the book recommendation. I start the research and get quickly overwhelmed as you said. Also get discouraged since I took many of the 'cancer fighting' sumpliments prior to dx for their antiinfamitory properties. I was gluten free due to GI issues and ate very 'clean.' High protein, low carb and sugar because I was living a bodybuilding lifestyle. I pray you see positive results and continue to document the experience to provide additional options and hope for those of us walking this path with you.

I'm going to go with light chemo regimen because I Was stage 1 and went to stage 4 CRC with a single liver metastasis. Reason i don't want to go so heavy handed is exactly what Dr. Dan said here. if you pull out the big guns and it turns out you lost that battle those big guns are gone. if you do a light approach and step it up each time it gives a variety of options. with that said CRLM with

Thanks for the update and all of the medical information. You look healthier than you did in your last video, maybe because in my mind tan skin means sufficient vitamin D3 which can help fight cancer according to one of Dr. Oz's earliest tv programs years ago. I disagree with your decision to go vegan for two reasons that you say yourself in this video. Reason number one. "Cancer cells take up sugar ten times faster than other cells". Sorry if not your exact words. If you cut out non-sugar foods from your diet, you will be left with foods that are mostly cancer's favorites, sugars. In a diabetes class my mom was taught that everything turns to sugar in your body except meat. If you want to go with an extreme designer diet, wouldn't carnivore seem to be the better option for it's ability to starve cancer cells of sugar? There are many many persons here on You Tube telling their cancer stories and if they were not vegetarian vegan before they too for some strange reasons that i don't understand decide to turn that way. Plant Chompers here on You Yube has some videos about what food influencers died of. I only watched one but I gathered that vegans and vegetarians died in their fifties of cancers while the meat eaters died of strokes and heart attacks in their eighties. Keep in mind that first world vegans and vegetarians are not equal to their third world counterparts. Third world vegans don't own cars and walk miles and miles per day and are likely to do manual labor. outdoors Their lifestyles imbue them with health benefits that we first world folks don't get to enjoy anymore with our forty hour work weeks and huge refrigerators and tv ads telling us non-foods like macaroni and cheese are good. Reason number two that I disagree with your decision to go vegan. You mention that you were mostly that before all this happened. If being vegan didn't prevent your body from allowing cancer to grow unchecked back then, why would being a vegan magically do so now?. What is the definition of insanity again? If everything except meat turns to sugar in your body and cancer takes up sugar ten times faster than other cells do then I have to say duh? Again, thanks for the update! I appreciate the medical information! Oh, supposedly brussels sprouts contain 136 known toxins to humans! Plants don't want to die and be eaten anymore than any other living creature, so they fight back. It's pretty cool!

BG, thanks for your concern, and for the information! I am aware of the issues you mentioned. And I’m not married to any particular approach. My primary metric for deciding which way to go with diet, exercise, sleep, etc., is which things make me feel better, function, better, and trend better overall. If I see a trend in a direction I like, I will continue to follow it. If it’s going the wrong direction, I change. And that could be next week. But for now, seeing some positive results is enough for me to continue this pass. Again, thank you for your concern and information, it is very much appreciated!
