I'm a fellow redhead and thought Lisa shared really great ideas for growth! I recently shared a video about using good questions to expand our growth.

Self efficasy does not mean what she says exactly. She is portraying the word to audience in terms of her own personal interpretation. Self efficacy simply means ' an individuals OWN psychological ability to produce a sense of happiness/ satisfaction when completing a task/ goal/ achievement. Thus it leads to want/ need for more action that may lead to success

Self-efficacy refers to "an individual's belief in his or her capacity to execute behaviors necessary to produce specific performance attainments." (Bandura, 1977, 1986, 1997 via American Psychological Association).

Thank you Lisa. You speak true for many people, I get you. There was nothing in your “talk” which was not relatable.

4:28 this was debunked a long time ago, the folks who came up with that figure never agreed with using it like this even from the start. Another statistic which proves my point shows woman Over 80 percent of purchases and purchase influence are made by women, so they spend MORE, but make.. less? this is the madness that happens when you explore ideas that aren't thought through and are intended to not be examined past the surface. This is disappointing when you consider that her having come from a trailer park is the ACTUALLY impressive part. It also disappoints me to see her so happy about the vice.

I would not recommend this video to anyone, I don't see any quality in it, but I'm happy for those people who learned something from it. I found her very cringe, not natural, not interesting, not self aware, disconnected, dull, not accurate to the topic, and having an off-putting timbre and tone.

I agree with pretty much everything u said expect for the "self aware" part which I don't understand. You talking about when she's talking about how she enjoys vice and calling herself "powerful" 12:31

This sounds so materialistic and a little bit out of touch with reality. I mean, it's amazing that she achieved her goals, but she seems too focused on brands, luxury items, and such. I didn't find a lot of depth here other than "Look at me, I wear designer clothing and have a family, you can do it too".
