PP for passenger Plane and FP for freight plane. Something I do when I conect up a town is to put in a ring road with tram tracks, so you can reach all the town, it also allows the town to grow past the ring road and you do not have to worry about reaching all the areas once it grows. With the sdded advantage of not destorying the town when you put the road in.

Hi Flabaliki, I noticed there seems to be some confusion about curved roads and intersections and I'm not sure if anybody mentioned it before, but when building curved roads off of intersections, the new road will tend to point in the direction that you move away with the cursor from the intersection while building the road. So if there is some wonkyness with strangely curved intersections, it's often because of that. Straight roads don't do that at all because, well, they just go from A to B in a straight line. There is also a minimum angle for intersections, so sharp turns have more like a U-shape, instead of a V-shape. Greetings 👋

Already a minute in and can all you don't understand this isn't TF1 but it is TF2 , Goods & resources don't need a final destination to actually produce so running goods & resources to a center freight hub means you can have less trains running to select hubs dropping off resources & goods that are required at those hubs. So the answer to you sliver mines is truck to main hub at Denver then train to hub across the river to truck to factory. Very easy and doesn't need complex rail networks to work. Also need to consider freight line main line running north & south up and down the map or multiple to service and expand easier in the future. Also Passengers what multiple destination now so every city needs a connection to the next city in a wheel and spoke system works the best in this game rather then links line like TF1.

you really need to rethink signals. you don't need lots of signals on a track you only need signal = train -1, and in fact you need less than that really as if a station is connected to a line the station is also a signal. the devs will never implement auto placing signals as it makes no sense to do so, signals are used for two purposes, increasing the number of trains you can run on a given bit of track and spacing trains out. the faster the trains the fewer signals you need, unless you have a very busy stretch of track with tens of trains ruining on it
