Now that's what I call a freight hub! Transport Fever 2 Tour

Ойындар

John is back following his latest build with one of the busiest and best designed freight hubs I've come across. It's a jam-packed map so the frame rate isn't the best but it's a great example of what can be achieved with time, patience and planning.
For those who made it to the end of the video, the limited edition Bulldozer baseball cap is available here - freshmerch.fm/collections/col...

Once in a while I post something of value in here.
No, that isn't true except for in the super-secret secret message section right at the very end of the description. To get to that point you'll have to scroll past a big lump of links and nonsense all of which will enrich your life... if you let them.
How would you like to seize control of the bombastic outro? As a performing video monkey I'm now offering you the opportunity to do just that. Within reason. Obviously, I won't tell you where the line of "within reason" resides, but you can try it and find out. Swing by my Wisio and I'll see what I can do : www.wisio.com/Colonel_Failure
Right, this is how you can get the very best out of this channel, and lend a significant chunk of help toward its future success. If you have $1 per month you can gain access to exclusive videos, the magical Discord channel, and consider yourself a member of Fail Brigade:
Option 1 (several different tiers available): Patreon - / colonelfailure
Option 2 (one size-fits all): KZread - kzread.info...
All new merchandise everybody! That's what you want. Forget paying the rent! Buy a tshirt instead : colonelfailure.com
Do you want to follow a Twitter account that is actually cheerful? Not in the kind of way that offers life-affirming, inspirational text with a waterfall in the background, but in a jolly, acerbic kind of way? Follow me on Twitter. That's what I do. / cnlfailure
Do you want to know what videos are coming up each week? A few people do. I don't always get around to publishing the schedule, but when I do, I do it on Facebook. Not sure why I chose Facebook, but there you are. / cnlfailure
That's all for now. You can go about your business.
(*) - Today's secret: Patience is the key to a build like this. Patience and planning. Maybe some practise too. And time. Plenty of time. That's all. It's not so tough...

Glad you liked the oil rig mod i made, there are some newer variants of it (one of which is absolutely huge),and also a bouy dock mod i made which is a bit more realistic than the full floating dock i originally put out with the first oil rig. Anyway, thanks for mentioning it in the video and i cant wait for the next series!

Something hit me on the approach to Edinburgh at the end, those bridges felt so authentic, the way they come together and head in towards the city. It felt like somewhere I have been before, even though it is an abstract design, you can imagine something like this really exists. Great design and attention to detail.

The real question in all of this: Will the algorithm like the Colonel's new evil scheme to engage the audience so much with the end commentary that they miss the scrolly text, then rewind to read the wholesome (questionable :P ) content in said scrolly text, thereby contributing to the view time and perceived engagement in the video as a whole... It's an idea so crazy, it just might work! Now... back to the cone of silence we go to continue the scheming... ;) Great to see you back in TF2 and looking forward to whatever the new ideas produce! @@ethanwhisman5459 lol you assume to much young jedi for the pathway to the classy steam engines is a pathway the younger diesel generation to concider outdated, yet if one was to learn the majesty of these beasts one would learn that steam engines are better than diesels but only slightly worse than electric in terms of strength! for me it always goes in this order Electric/Diesel/Steam (worst to best) i absolutly hate electric minus the class 86 and 91's but i actually like the Class 55 diesel the most. but if i had to really sell myself id have to declare myself a darth of the steamy side of the locomotive fandom. my favorite steam engines are as fallows: Class A3, LNER (i own the flying scotsman Double Tender model VERY RARE model train!) Class A4, LNER Class A1, GNR/LNER Class A1/1 Tornado (she is classed as that as to get her running smoothly they had to make some minor improvements to her design) Class B12 and B17, GNR/LNER Class W1, LNER Class P2, LNER Class E1 to E4, LB&SCR Class K2, LB&SCR Standard Black 5, BR Standard 7 and 8, BR Princess Class, LMS Cathedral Class, GWR (one prototype was planned but never built, was a beautiful locomotive and so GWR) King Class, GWR Castle Class, GWR City Class, GWR (i own the City of Bath in model form she is one classy lady) 14xx, GWR 59xx Pannier, GWR (those are just pure awesome) Standard 9F, BR (my favorite steam locomotive) Fowler 4F (nothing beats a good mountain goat in steam engine form) Class B1, GNR SR Leader Class (looks like a diesel but its an actual steam engine!) Class U1 Garret, LNER Lord Nelson Class, SR Battle of Britain Class, SR diesels run like this: Class 37, BR Class 47, BR Class 20, BR Class 01 to 08, BR Class 55 Deltic, BR (the most iconic british diesel next to the DMU class 43) Class 66, BR/Privatized Class 10000/10001, LMS Fell Diesel, BR GC3, BR (look it up its a thing of beauty looks like a steam train but its a diesel) Class 43, BR (my second favorite next to the deltic) Electrics: Class 86, BR Class 90/91, BR

There is a tutorial if you don't go through sandbox. Mod is short for modification. These are extra pieces of material created for the game by its players. The quality and reliability of mods varies but they can expand a game significantly.
