I gotta say, I really love the true honor between Garm and Kratos in this, they truly understood each other and acted accordingly. After Kratos killed him the first time, he took it VERY personal, assuming that Garm has died endless times, I love the intensity and fear when Kratos fights him the second time, Garm is legit going for him instead of it being a " duel".

@@MightyCaullie it’s cool right? Everything about their behavior when they first engaged one another, in my opinion anyway, was saw by Garm as Kratos accepted his challenge, per the “rules” of being a warrior , with Garm being a sole protector and Kratos being a God of war, there was a mutual understanding of Respect for the fight, however when Kratos killed him as per his “ways”, Garm no longer saw it as a duel but an actual threat to him and his purpose. After Atreus stabs Garm with his sword housing Fenrir's soul, Fenrir is brought back from the dead and Garm's eyes change from soulless white to being full colored pupils showing life and a soul within and thus fenrir is reborn.

Making Fenrir his son in the same way people who love their pets see them more as family members like a son/daughter family member, rather than just a pet. Peta literally only exists now to put out shock statements to garner social media influence like the Kim Kardashian school of PR. Bad publicity still gives you exposure and giving them attention by ripping on them gives them money. Best way to end their business is to completely ignore them, especially when they make their ludicrous statements. Funniest part of Peta is even with their sense of animal morality, they euthanize and kill more animals than kill shelters lol. They have a long track record of abducting pets and putting them down.
The Garm of legend was essentially the Norse equivalent of Cerberus, as in Hel the goddesses guard dog, it’s kind of funny that they gave him the power open portals throughout the realms. Also, it kind of makes sense that Garm can’t die, because he is literally the guardian of the land of the dead.
@Nugnugnug
Жыл бұрын
He wasn't purpose-made ror guarding Helheim. He was a ravening monster that the gods chained and imprisoned in Helheim, where his savagery kept the dead in line. His Cerberus tendencies were merely a byproduct of the original intent of imprisoning him where he couldn't cause further destruction.

Bruh that's terrifying to know if Atreus didn't perform that spell with Fenrir after he died, Kratos and Garm would have been locked in eternal conflict, Garm was not fucking around, he was very upset after Kratos jumped onto his nose stabbing him, he was locked on Kratos and he was not going to let up, given that he could take an unlimited amount of pain.@7:46 when crushes through the ceiling, you can tell he made his mind up that Kratos was not leaving Helheim alive, and @10:36 when he howls, he's letting Kratos know, homie this shit will not end.

Garm is probably the best boss fight in the entire game to me. I have to say your capture card is amazing !
So there the last guardian went.
14:38 sit 15:15 home I'll use this to my wolf🙂👍
I love how Garm at first seemed like it was only retaliating against its attackers. But after Kratos snaps it's neck it's all, "Oh its on bitch."
This reminds me, the titans were also giants as well, so technically speaking so are these creatures must call giants for a reason but very tough to fight like regular giants in other lore cause these giants are basically powerful and smart and dangerous to even Odin himself
How Ustio saw Cipher: 14:09 How Belkans saw Cipher: 2:19
Is it just me or does it sound like the music from the old games at 7:40

7:07-When you are about to and you hear this…😮😮 9:03-Where have i seen this before🤔 Me remembering the 2018 God of war where you Battle the Dragon to save sindri
Wonderful
The brutality. XD
Why couldn’t thor and odins fight be this epic?
This was probably one of the earlier times Kratos started to see Atreus as not just his son but a god in their own right. Its an important moment for Kratos. He questions it. Wonders what it is. Suspects it but in the end accepts it. Atreus turning into a bear and kind of putting the beat down on him a little probably helped to however that was likely more seen as a issue than example of godlike power, where this was not.
When Fenrir was "inching" his way towards Kratos and Atreus, I was saying "Are you a good boy? Who's a good boy?" I am good with animals, even the big ones. A pit bull that my girlfriend has acts like a big baby when I am around.
The most hardcore and Spartan-ish fight that ends ridiculously and funny.
Honestly when dogs die the first time it’s heartbreaking but seeing Fenrir again bringing him back from the dead in a way makes this a miracle
