@@stijnvankempen1533 you can see after Kratos has this look of horror on his face, the what the hell have i done look but him choking the life out of Heimdall was justified, he gave the arrogant little shit multiple chances and Heimdall just mouthed off and threatened and what not that Kratos was just done and snapped. also note that although Mimir was horrified by seeing that side of Kratos not once did he reprimand Kratos nor blame him his line." either we are breaking fate or fate is breaking us", basically is saying to Kratos that killing Heimdall was more than justified just that Mimir was horrified that Kratos had to go that far to do so

Notice when Odin says “They where kinda useless” about Thors kids. Thor looks visibly mad and Odin grabs his cup of mead and basically tells him to drink up. A great small detail that shows how much Odin uses Thor and basically uses his alcoholism to be an easier pawn.

I love how Kratos will stare down anybody regardless of size or anything lol savage.

That one with Brok was less badass and more of a wholesome moment from KRATOS showing how much he cares about how Brok feels and showing him he respects him as an equal.

Noticed that when Thor said "This feels familiar", i think he refers to when he and Faye fought as the souls in the side missions tell you later on in the story, Leviathan Axe preference.

Just realized the Kratos was angry because Freyr was a guest and he was burned. I wonder how mad he got when his guests cheap shotted him in his own house.

In all honestly, that little shit had it coming to him. Kratos warned him twice and he still did not listen.

all im thinking when kratos fights thor is “my dad can beat your dad”

I love that the Norse gods seemingly know all about Kratos' past, yet they're so unbelievably vain and cruel even compared to other pantheons that they assume the Greek pantheon were pushovers. In reality, the Greek Gods were so much stronger as a whole than the Norse that I almost feel like it wouldn't even be a contest. The Greek pantheon's control over their world practically caused it to be destroyed, almost completely, when they died. Whereas the Norse pantheon couldn't even control the Fates of their realm and Asgard was the only full Realm lost

I hate that my copy of the game is glitchy af. Didn’t know it bugged out the “death can have me when it earns me” line until I saw it here.

My boyfriend played the game before me, and watched me play. When i first got to kratos/thor/odin scene i was so shook (as im sure he was) then when odin says "dont take all day" i was like wait wait wait wait!!! Thor???? NOW?!?!?! And he was like uh yeah. And thats been an on-going joke between us ever since lol

I wanna see kratos go crazy and kill everyone in the next game ngl

God of war 2018 is not the first chapter of the series, others came out before

Beginning and end of the game are strong(1st 2 hrs then last few from ragnarok till end).. middle is boring and tedious imo... everything looks nice though...
